I entered into a new construction deal on a home, we are 90% finished and I mustcsay thus far I've been met with nothing but utterly professionalism by sales team and the construction staff. I would recommend this company to any and all. I have also recommend them to close family and friends. I'll write another review upon the completion of my new home . Stay tuned 😉

We entered into a new construction on a home and we are 80% complete.
We understand the challenges with permits and materials, that they can be somewhat delayed through no fault of the builder. So far, they have been upfront with the delays. All of our questions and concerns have been answered promptly and professionally. We are looking forward to moving into our new home. Will write another review upon final completion.

Please spare yourself the headache and do not give Lacrosse Homes your money or business. Long story short, I’ve been trying to get them to fix my leaking windows since January. I received a very nice voicemail from the owner and I was hopeful then that it would get done in a timely manner. After no further word from the owner after his voicemail, I called the office and was told I could not speak with him and had to instead speak with the office manager. Since then, I’ve been dealing with Kristen…who gives excuse after excuse. For the last few months, I’ve been trying to get a hold of

I gave 2 stars primarily because if you stand in the street and look at my house it looks nice. Once you walk inside the home my nice drops to "sufficient" Unfortunately I don't usually purchase a home to be "sufficient" and pay good money for it. As previously mentioned, the "sales" portion was great, they worked with me, said everything we wanted to hear. Once that is over and you give them a deposit of your hard earned money, that's where the customer service goes away. I actually had a realtor outside of Lacrosse Homes and I definitely recommend you doing that. Whenever I could not get an answer

Lacrosse homes does not care about their customers at all. Once they make their money off you, they won’t follow through with you on anything. They offer a one-year inspection to fix any issues, but brush you off and give you the runaround to make scheduling the repairs extremely difficult to near impossible. The construction of our home in general is below acceptable quality. We have walls that are completely bowed, tile work that is mis-matched and not what we asked for, and certain design requests were never given to us, even though they promised they would be included.

Andy is an amazing person with great communication skills. Upfront, honest, no Games or tricks. Tells you what you need and what to expect along the way. He laid out all plans with realistic options as far as our price range. He explained the lots in all the areas such as which are spot lots and which are communites. He gave us info on a prefered lender and openly encouraged us to shop around and use who we are comfortable with. The quality of the builds of all there houses are simply excellent. The price is unbeatable.
