Service people were so friendly, but after weeks of failing to show up at the time they committed to or even follow up to reschedule, I assume they have no intention of coming back to complete the job which I was told would be simple. Before the Moseley service men came out to clean and safety check my stove and chimney, I was able to use it. It was dismantled to wait on a part, which I was told was in. With the service men never coming back to complete the job, my stove has remained unhooked and unusable. I do not even know if they cleaned it but at this point it does not matter because they unhooked

Had them out for a complete chimney inspection and estimate. The technician checked the chimney at every vantage point inside and out from the ground up. We needed the chimney inspection for a new furnace being installed. After his methodical inspection he informed me that the chimney was in top shape and most likely would never need any further attention as it was double walled flue and structurally sound and had been properly capped to code. Great news right! I ask what I owed him and he said not a thing! He said, there was no charge as he didn’t have to do anything to the chimney. I insisted

Mr. Mosley was very professional, did the work on a timely basis and we are 100% happy with the completed project. We had water leakage on our chimney wall and ceiling. We had our chimney cleaned, the outside waterproofed, chimney caps put on, the crown repaired and the roof flashing replaced.
He was here when he said he would be, there was no mess at all. Everything from each stage of the cleaning and repair was completed and cleaned up. We highly recommend this company.

Moseley completed $4000+ worth of work in Feb 2020 and I am very satisfied. Had the house Pending For Sale and needed the estimate and work done quickly and Mark Moseley and his team delivered on time. The coating crew were experienced and were careful to put new cloths around the fireplace floor. Had our fireplace chimney cleaned and it appears they did a good job; however, they broke my metal grill that goes in the chimney to hold the burning wood. Now I know it was by no means new, but when I used it last night and many other nights this year it was not broken. When I removed it myself to clean the ash a couple weeks ago it was not broken. They didn’t even bring it too our attention. My girlfriend was here at the time and asked after he put it back why it’s broken. His reply is it must’ve been broken and it broke the rest of the way when he removed it to carry out the cleaning and

I called to get an estimate done for work on my chimney because there was a brick or two missing and I needed a new cap. I also wanted to have a cleaning and inspection. I stated that taking off twice would not work for me and could they do the estimate first and then schedule all the work to be done at one one. The person I spoke with stated that the chimney sweep people can do an estimate but not the work. She then went on to state that I was doing the work backwards and that the brick repair and cap was cosmetic (which it or may not be the case but without an inspection you cannot say that)

Everyone I have talked to at Moseley has been so kind and respectful. They’re honesty is incredible! I had made some repairs to my chimney and had them come out to estimate sealing the chimney. The owner told me the repairs I made were great and he didn’t see a need for him to redo them. He could’ve told me they looked terrible and redid my work and charged me out the hind end but was instead honest and complementary! I also had Moseley install a wood burning stove. They fellas that did the work were kind and explained everything they were doing while I was there. I will recommend everyone
