Kyle always helps us out, he has changed multiple locks and been able to opened our locked office doors. Before calling him I tried to contact another locksmith service in Branson (Branson Lock & Key) and had to call multiple times, and even after I did they never showed up to the scheduled time. I got frustrated and called Kyle at Branson Locksmith and he has always been very reliable. I hope people in these reviews aren't thinking of the other business, because Kyle is great and going to help you out!

Absolutely the worst people I’ve ever dealt with. I had to call them over 5x each time them saying “they will be right there” this went on for over a week and then at the final call they told me to call back after 5pm and when I did - it was so they could jack up the price for “after hours”
Absolutely rude, unreliable, and grotesque behavior when you’re really in a jam. Do not trust these guys, they couldn’t even make my key, and we’re going to try to charge me for multiple trips just to tell me that.
Use anyone else but these unprofessionals. You’ll just get conned and waste

It takes a lot for me to leave a bad review, but I feel morally responsible to share about my poor experience in the hope that I can spare other customers from having a similar experience. I contacted Kyle at Branson Locksmith Service last week when I lost the key fob to my vehicle. I chatted with him the night before, and told him the make and model of my vehicle to make sure that it was something he could take care of, because I had already called multiple other locksmiths, and very few had the tools and expertise required to be able to create a new key fob for me due to enhanced security features
