Storage Tips Report

Make a list of all the packing supplies you will need, such as boxes, tape, bubble wrap, marking pens, damp rid, rope, and pallets. Write down what you are going to be storing so that the manager can help you determine the correct size for your needs. Read the lease before signing it. Make sure you are aware of company policies on moving out, paying the rent and other important information.

Please read the contract. Know what it is you’re signing. The staff were excellent at highlighting the written cancellation policy. As well as the area of not prorating for partial month. The facility is clean and in great shape. Would recommend this storage facility.

The manager Jane is awesome. This kind lady remembered me from two years ago when I moved my mother and I to Florida. We moved home and needed a storage unit for a short time. Highly recommend! I rented a storage unit on two different occasions. The staff are friendly and helpful. The prices are decent and the units are clean and easily accessible. The units are accessible 24 hours a day! 💖

The staff there are very friendly and very helpful you when you need it. The property is clean and well-maintained. The location is very convenient to Saco-Biddeford-Kennebunk and a safe place. I was a long term renter there and was very satisfied with the company.

3 years ago my daughter needed to storage her college necessities, that we were not able to bring back to New York, we were very fortunate to have found this place. Jane and her team clearly take great pride in their business. From day one, my husband and I were impressed with the professionalism and kindness extended to us. Their rates are reasonable, units clean and easily accessible, and above all, the area is secure and safe. The ONLY reason we vacated our unit, was because we found a permanent residence after having lived in a winter rental.

We have used all-safe self storage on 2 separate occasions. Two years ago for a few months and for a second time this past year for the full year. The owner is very pleasant to work with, the units are in great condition, and the prices are extremely reasonable. It was great having access to our unit at any time. We definitely recommend this business and would use them again.
