I have used Armstrong Tree Service 4 or 5 times and I highly recommend them. Gene the owner is knowledgeable and very easy to work with. He uses a large crew that is respectful to your property. I have found their pricing to be very reasonable. Qualified , prompt, professional and reasonable sums up Armstrong Tree!

I'm like Matt..never heard from them. Was quoted a price in August and told I would be on some "list" to be done after Labor Day. Well, today is Oct. 8 and I'm over this company. I don't know why it's so hard to get a decent professional tree service. If I had a company, I'd be a lot more thorough taking care of clients.
Update: I called a few times to cancel and never was called back . They suddenly show up yesterday to do a job that was to be done last month with no prior notice or phone call about it. I'm really aggravated because I was hiring someone else to do it!

I called to get estimate to prune trees at my home. They came on November 17th and gave me estimate. Said it could be 2-3 weeks. Next day I called to accept estimate in the morning. Woman said ok about 3 weeks and would absolutely not commit to a time or day but said in the time frame of 3 weeks. I still agreed. I waited a little over 3 weeks and heard nothing. I called 5 or 6 times and left messages over a series of a week and a half asking to please just return my call and let me know anything. Not a single call back. Here we are 5 weeks later and still nothing. I called Accurate Tree Service

Came to my home twice (after calling multiple times) before providing their service gave me an estimate and when they returned to do the work did not remove the branches spoken about in the quote. When asked why, was told they couldn’t reach them, which was never mentioned in previous visits. The best part is they still charged me the same amount. So now I’m reporting them to the better business bureau..

Yea...I'm betting that the last reviewer that gave them 5 stars was the owner. So here is one from an actual client (well, almost). My experience was quite the opposite. They are horrible. I called in the summer and they gave me a quote to remove a tree. Then, after accepting the quote, I was told I'd have to wait until after the summer (I called in June 2018). I waited and called back several times after the summer until they finally called me back weeks later. They then said they would call me back to schedule the removal for the agreed upon price. Its been weeks and I have not heard a word,
