I recently both sold a house and purchased a condo using Annie Wiesenberg. She made each step of the process clear, simple, and transparent. She was great with every piece, from working squarely in my budget (and finding me a home at the lower end), getting me far more than expected for the sale of my home, to the little (but insanely stressful things) like finding me a place to stash my cat during the open house.

My experience with the interior design part of this company was not so good. It took multiple times reaching out to them for them to finally respond and make a zoom meeting. I'm currently in the process of a remodel I already have my plans drawn up my contractors pricing, and city approval, all I needed was help with interior designing. When speaking to the interior designer she asked me to take my price from 500k to 1 million. She was absolutely insane. She's not my contractor she has nothing to do with the bid for labor. There's no way I'd give these guys anything less than 5 stars. We went through Cityhome Collective after viewing quite a few of their open houses and seeing the marked difference of how they show houses vs. other real estate companies in the area. You'll know when you see a Cityhome Collective listing: gorgeous lighting, flattering angles that don't deceive but rather enhance natural features. Their open houses, too, are well marketed, and they provide their prospective buyers with high-end treats while they peruse.

CityHome and our realtor Joseph Tuenge were AMAZING to work with. We had an offer on our townhome the day before it even listed. That was because of the great photography and marketing. We had a few hiccups along the way but they did everything they could to make us comfortable with the selling process.

What's the difference between listing your home, selling your home eventually, and selling your home lightning fast? CityHomeCOLLECTIVE!!!! Having bought and sold several homes so far throughout my adult life, I cannot even begin to express how blown away I am by the entire approach and experience CityHomeCOLLECTIVE provides. Most traditional agents subscribe to the philosophy "if you put a sign up, and list it on the MLS they will come." That's the industry standard and is widely practiced and therefore accepted. Can't say enough about Corigan Kushma & the whole cityhomeCOLLECTIVE team! My husband & I just purchased our first home & could not have done it without Corigan! I asked multiple times over the past 2-3 months for information on the Urbana on 11th development. I finally received contact from one of the realtors last week about units available. Only 1 bedroom units left.
*Update: Apparently I was put on the wrong development contact list and Cody (the owner) got in contact with me directly about it. Props to them for figuring out what went wrong and trying to make it right. Bumped up from 1 to 2 stars.

When was the last time you were sad to say goodbye to your realtor? The first time my wife and I bought a condo we were cattle herded through the process by another person trying to make as many bucks as fast as possible. We recently sold that condo and honestly I can't even remember that realtor's name or whether it was a man or a woman! haha So when we moved to SLC it was important to me to find a realtor who A.
