This weekend, I have an event scheduled at a public place. They were kind and courteous on the phone to schedule the delivery. When there was a blip in communication, they were quick to make things right. Marciello was my delivery guy. He was prompt, courteous, and had the porto potties placed exactly where I needed them. When it was discovered that two of the porto potties didn’t have an ability to have a padlock placed on them (the event is on Sunday, and we needed to lock them until then), the dispatcher listened to my worries, and had Marciello come back promptly to rectify the issue. I called Clean Delaware and within 2 hours they were pumping out our septic. Mike was our awesome service tech today who was super knowledgeable and nice to my 2 little onlookers who were asking him questions!!! Would highly recommend. Will never switch to a different company!

Clean Delaware assisted me with pumping my septic that was causing me difficulties in my house. They sent their employee, Jose, the same day that I called. He pumped my system, showed me several things that I was not aware of about the system which, gives me a much clearer idea as to how my system works. I give 5 stars to the tech Henry and Clean Delaware Inc. today. When we needed a last minute appointment to drain our septic because it started backing up into the house they were able to get someone out to my house that same day with no problem. Totally recommend them to anyone who needs their septic serviced.

Septic system service is always excellent. Over the years, customer service has been prompt, very polite, careful with gate closures, pets and cleanliness. Mr. Stout, Ted, and other wonderful technicians, have always done excellent work. Prices have remained consistent over the years. I recommend Clean Delaware, for quality septic management service.
