I called to make an appointment, and the young lady said she would need to call me back. She called me, she was very pleasant and she said she spoke to what I assumed was the owner, and then said she was going to have to call me back to make an appointment because she needed to check the schedule. And here we are, almost a week later, and she has not called me back.
Which is very sad, because the person that recommended them, raved about their business.

Great experience! I had a dryer vent that disconnected in the wall, which was discovered when I hired another company to clean it. Mike was on time, friendly, and efficient. He cleaned up after himself and was happy to show me what the problem was, and how he fixed it. While he had to cut into my drywall, the hole he made was as small as possible. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again!

Day & Night Plumbing just left my house after fixing the ventilation where my heater is. Now, I have had 2 other companies come by and give me an estimate. I was not sure what the problem was. One said it would cost up to $2500.00 to fix the damper as he would have to take the entire unit out and the other even higher. They never even looked at what the real problem was. I am so happy that my mom listens to talk radio and said that they had really good reviews and were honest. $400.00 for total fix. I will be a customer for life!

We had a leak under our bathroom sink over the weekend. We reached out to day & night and they were able to get someone out on Tuesday. The estimated timeframe was between 3 and 5. I got a call around 11 that the plumber was ahead of schedule and they asked if he could come early. I was already excited about that. Nothing is better than someone being able to come early lol. Well once Antonio got here, he got straight to work. He fixed the leak in a matter of minutes. The cost was less than I imagined it would be. I will absolutely call Day & Night the next time I need a plumber. Thank you

Scheduled an appointment online on Saturday. Rcvd phone call to confirm appt Monday AM. Rcvd text when plumber was enroute. I agreed to estimate for work and scheduled work for next day. Next day plumbers arrived on time snd quickly discovered problems was more serious when they cut sewer pipe to address the visible problem. The schedule was agreed upon for two days later. Unexpectedly plumber arrived next day and despite bad weather finished the plumbing part of job one day early. Two days later they came by to replace sidewalk concrete that had to be cut and replaced. In summary very pleased

I called on Monday for service and Michelle got me scheduled for Wednesday first thing. My crawl space where my furnace is at is unseasonably small. When the guys showed up they didn't hesitate to dive in and get right to work. In no time my furnace was up and running. They were so respectful to my 19 yr old daughter that was there to meet them and show them around. They were thorough and efficient. The price was extremely affordable. I will be keeping them as my go to!

My grandmother was referred by senior affairs when my grandfather had a stroke. This company is apparently on a list of services that help seniors including the salvation army etc. So she didnt realize it was a private business. I called for her at 9:20 am and the woman who answered the phone sounded very bothered and confused. They were able to schedule my appointment immediately, which was a huge concern and an issue with other companies that I had contacted. The owner (Shane) came out on time and was very personable and very courteous. He was able to give me an honest estimate and great advice about my next steps. Day and Night Plumbing is the worst. My husband called before 10 on Saturday morning and was told they would come out in the afternoon - a couple of calls ahead of us. Then nothing. No one showed up. No one called. My husband called and left a message yesterday evening and still nothing - no response. So we are left with clogged lines and no Mothers Day Showers. I can't say how awful this company is! Don't use them if you want quick service or response time. "Day and Night" is a true laugh.

Worst experience I have ever had with any company. Shane the owner is nothing but a liar who says he will call you back but never does . This company did some work on my house and never completed the work after many attempts to contact Shane and work something out a time to get the problem fixed he kept saying he would send a tech or call me back it has been an going battle for about 4 weeks now. The fix is such An easy fix that his company could fix in no time and very cost efficient. Instead he would much rather not try to make things right and just ingores are phone calls. I will now being taking
