5 stars is not enough for Fred, the owner of Perfect degrees! I have never done business with anyone like him! From the moment I contacted Fred for an estimate to replace my 2 zone ac units, I knew he was the man! He was ready and willing to come over THAT night at whatever time was good for me! We hired him and we're very happy with the job.

Our A/C went out this past weekend and I contacted Prefect Degrees. I was very happy with the initial response. They responded with options and we decided on our plan of action; complete replacement due to age (13 years).

Can’t beat the service and care provided by Sara, Fred, Tyrone, Jonathan and the entire Perfect Degrees Team! Our AC is only 3 years old, but was not working as it should because previous company did not properly install the unit. They rebuilt the box, replaced ductwork, added returns and insulation- complete overhaul. System is now working like it should. They are honest, dedicated and do not play games. Team worked late into the night to make sure we had cold air.

Had them do a lot of work on the system, replace the ducts, service the unit... AC backing up every couple of months, not responsive specially for after hour emergency services. Never paperwork on site. Always something new they didn’t see before. You’re fired. Signed up with Air America then I found out. Glad no longer doing business.

The owner Fred and his team ( Tyrone and Jonathan) were wonderful!!! Their quality and workmanship can not be beat. Their prices were fantastic and they went above and beyond to make sure my air conditioning system was working properly (which it was not). I highly recommend them. I've used this company for numerous projects on rental properties as well as my home. There is always a problem. Fred, the owner has promised to repair/correct the issues however some of the issues were never fixed. A new AC in my home has had a leak since the first day and the motor outside "makes a strange noise". Fred never repaired the leak so we need service frequently. Granted Fred did not charge for the service calls at first. He kept promising to fix the problem or replace the unit. Never happened. I called perfect degrees Saturday evening thinking I would get an answering service or Machine , wanting a 2nd opinion

If times aren't tough enough, the last thing we needed was for our AC to start blowing hot air. It was 89° inside my house.
Fred's team was fast to respond, courteous, clean, and very knowledge. Every step of the way we were informed on what was happening.
The office staff was amazing and sympathetic to what we were going through as well as… understanding our concerns having someone in the house during this pandemic.
Our technician wore a mask and gloves the entrie time and kept a 6' distance but it didn't feel cold, just cautious about everyone's health.

I am super happy with Perfect Degrees Air Conditioning. They have a no nonsense approach to doing business. From the estimate procedure which was very quick and very actuate. The equipment they offered up was only the best, which was a comfort that others did not offer. I had great confidence that they were the company I was going with. Although we had issues originally, the owner has since gone dramatically out of his way to correct the problem. I am very impressed with the integrity and honestly of this company. In the future, if I am in need of air conditioning service I will be contacting them again. It is not everyday you find someone who cares so much for his customers.

We had our a/c unit replaced by Perfect Degrees. I had previously posted a 5 star review covering that. Today 2 weeks after that installation the unit stopped working. We called on Saturday to have them take a look. The tech showed up right on time. Conrad, the tech, had been the tech that diagnosed our initial problem. He was here 20 minutes and fixed a problem that was related to our circuit breaker not the new equipment. This guy is worth his weight in gold! The good news is that everyone we have met from Perfect Degrees is the same, friendly, helpful and well qualified.

I called Fred from Perfect Degrees he put me on FaceTime told me what to do until he could get one of his service guys out in a hour !what a relief this company is outstanding!!! Whoever was driving the company truck today at 6:09pm westbound on Commercial Blvd., hopping on the turnpike northbound, is seemingly-- and both equally-- reckless and a slob. Yes, people noticed your trash driving and littering. The person threw a (beverage) can, with contents still in, out the window onto the sidewalk where people are walking. Plus, speeding and driving recklessly onto the turnpike. In a place like S. Florida where everyone needs a good A/C company, we absolutely pay attention to vans advertising their company. This is one I will not be calling. Gross.

We had our A/C unit replaced 1 year ago and can't say enough great things about our experience with Fred and the entire staff of Perfect Degrees A/C.
In the 3 years prior, we had at least 5 other 'well-known' A/C companies come to our home to solve our poor cooling A/C. They recommended (and we paid for) everything from cleaning the entire duct system to spray foaming the attic. It took Fred 5 minutes to look at our A/C intake and point out the problem. One week later, they expanded the intake, replaced our old unit and we've been sitting cool ever since (pun intended)

Since the "experts" at Perfect Degrees told us ... well, your compressor is running hot, it's gonna cook your thermostat, and you really need a new $5400 unit ... we were concerned ... and wanted a second opinion.
Today, a second opinion arrived (from a very well known firm) ... who told us, "don't touch a thing, it's all good."
Wow.
Maybe it's just me, but when a fast-talking AC fellow gets on the FaceTime with an elderly family member, telling them something is really bad, that's concerning.
Hence this review.
And for the record, that

One of the most honest companies I have ever dealt with. Three other companies told me my 6 year old unit needed replacement so I decided to get another opinion. The tech said all I needed was a compressor start capacitor some part that looked like a large battery. As soon as it was replaced my a/c unit has been working great. I can tell you one thing when it's time to really replace my unit Perfect Degrees will be the only one I call. Honesty, integrity and reliability they're the ones who you need to call

Hands down - absolutely the best air conditioning company in South Florida! Unfortunately, for the past 16 years, I've painstakingly used a few other local AC companies and went through so much money and a new unit (that never ran efficiently because it was installed incorrectly from the start). I only wish I would have learned of Perfect Degrees much sooner. These guys are so honest and do such incredible work. Had a complete new unit installed and I couldn't be happier with the unit, the installation process (these guys were so clean and respected my home) and their professionalism
