I recently used Roofing Pro to replace our roof after extensive hail damage. I was assigned salesman Tyler Galloway. From the start I was impressed with his presentation as well as his genuine concern that all my questions were answered thoroughly and with patience. Never have I been more satisfied with a company! Roofing Pro is first rate- the owner, Matt, came out to visibly check on the job, the supervisor, Mike, made sure every detail was perfect. This was a major undertaking that other companies were wary of, but RP took it on like a champ! The job was done in a timely manner, and everything was completed exactly as discussed, or better. The Rockstar in the process was Chris Love! Chris came out first to discuss the job and guide me through the process- his help and suggestions were invaluable. He took care of literally every aspect of this process and was willing to take his time to walk me through anything I didn't understand (my first time ever dealing with shingles). We had Roofing Pro install a standing seam metal roof on our new construction and could not be happier with their work. My experience with them could not have gone any smoother. Chris met with my wife to discuss options and he took the time to discuss all the details with me before install. The crew arrived on time and left next to nothing for clean up. Was quoted a price to add gutters to my home, was told would not be a problem to do the job.
Paid for the job in full as the company requested. Almost a month later, I called to find out when the job was going to be done??... Was told by "Tim" they were not going to do the job. No one ever called me to give me a update on the progress of the job & I had to ask to refund my money, since on one ever offered to give me a refund!! This company is a scam, do not use them.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH ROOFING PRO....THEY ARE NOT SKILLED ENOUGH TO ENSURE SATISFACTION IN A REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME!!!! The owner Chad Gleason personally came to our home on 10/15/2015 to provide a bid on installing a new metal roof. He clearly was looking for the sale and had not installed roofs per our issues with installation that followed. We discussed that the most important part of this roof is that it not leak. He said that if it does that they woud fix it right away. He provided a tentative start date of 3 weeks which would have been October 28th or November 4th at the latest.
