I have used their service for 20 years now. They raised their rate from $50 - $65, which I understand. They also raised the rate of their extra lock to be drilled from $10 - $25, which I could also handle. Today, they came out and I had 2 locks to be drilled. The first lock drill is included in the service call (every other time that is). Today, he came in and said he broke a lot of drill bits and is "cheating" me this time and charging me for each lock separately. So because the drill bit broke on my lock after being used on several other locks...I get the joy of paying the fee
