Our basement flooded due to a faulty sump pump. There was at least 4 inches of water due to the heavy rains and nothing to pump the water away from the foundation. This wasn’t identified till we returned from work which was after 7pm. We called Clean and Shine restorations that evening. They were on site by 8am the next day. Edwin Jeminez and 4 others arrived with all equipment necessary to complete the task. They were truly professional and kept us at ease throughout the process. Occasionally you have an absolutely perfect experience with a home repair/improvement company. This was one of those experiences. Gary was incredibly knowledgable about mold remediation, he was an absolute pleasure to work with and, bonus, his work was reasonably priced. His employees were equally knowledgable and pleasant. I was so impressed that I rolled up a carpet for him to take and and have cleaned before he left. (He did a great job on that too.) One last thing... he returns calls quickly! Definitely hire this guy!

Clean and Shine did a great job doing mold remediation in our townhouse. Sia first came out to check the house for mold and was very helpful with letting me know what the issues were. He was professional, courteous, and very good at what he does. Then, the team came out to do the mold remediation. Edwin and Angelina were also very thorough, professional, and courteous. Edwin even took time to patiently answer my questions about the process and give some pointers on the situation. Then, Gary was very helpful and took time to answer questions and go the extra mile to make sure that we were satisfied

I'd also like to commend Clean and Shine for absolutely fantastic work. I had a good feeling after finding them on BBB, which means they stand behind their work. Second, Gary was patient and courteous as I repeatedly fell behind in communicating with him. Third, his man showed up on-time for the estimate, which was very competitive. Finally, they did the work they promised promptly and carefully and did a great job removing the mold from my bathroom ceiling. Absolutely terrific experience!

Clean and Shine did the remediation of the mold in my drywall following a leak. They were wonderful to work with, and went above and beyond to communicate with us and protect our belongings while they worked. After spending most of the year in our Florida home, we returned on a Monday only to find real trouble in the basement bathroom. The paint on the walls had shriveled, and the ceiling paint had collapsed in a solid sheet draping the light fixture. The plumbers arrived on Tuesday morning, discovered the cause of the leak and did the repairs, and then the search for a mold remediation company began. The websites were all terrific promising professional results; the actual reviews of far too many companies indicated complaints with the BBB and other horrors.

I recently needed to have two large, old family rugs cleaned; I wanted to donate them somewhere but they needed cleaning first, and a neighbor recommended Clean and Shine. I called Gary at Clean & Shine when last week's heavy rain storms resulted in water coming in under the back door of the basement of my rental property. Gary was extremely responsive, offered a great price, and was able to tackle the project head on. I was extremely stressed, convinced that the entire floor was going to have to come up to fix the problem - Gary's team came over to assess, calmed my fears, and got to work right away.
