During the worst stretch of winter of 2021 (at least so far), my furnace decided to abandon job #1: keeping my plumbing from freezing. The first few Heating places I called couldn't help me until it would have likely been too late. Lucky for me, Aidan and the team at Craft Mechanical fit me into their schedule. Problem determined. Craft Mechanical installed an intake pipe for me that was missing on my high efficiency furnace and an Aprilaire 800 steam humidifier. Workmanship is 10 out of 10, they were courteous, friendly, and prompt.
My favorite thing was that they were CLEAN before and after - They put down drop clothes over the entire path they walked on our carpet and cleaned up all the debris after they finished the job.

We've had Craft Mechanical out to do a few projects now, including new A/C install and a lighted bathroom exhaust. CM provides top notch, professional, and fair service. We have nothing but great words for Cam and his team! We highly recommend Craft Mechanical and we will surely use their services again in the future!

Cameron came out to our house in February to give a quote and stood by that number even during Covid. He was efficient and explained every detail to help us learn the furnace he was placing in the house. He cleaned up every tiny piece of mess that was made! The entire experience was perfect and not once did I have that gut feeling of "this might have been a bad decision". Good vibes brother, good vibes!

I contacted Cam after a referral from a co-worker, we made an appointment for him to come check the house to discuss replacing my furnace and AC. He gave us a quote with 2 options for different efficiencies, with a whole home humidifier as an add-on option.
Our install date got moved around due to COVID-19, but he was had great communication along the way.
On the day of install he was here on time, with all the supplies he needed. The Craft Mechanical crew made quick work of removing the old equipment and installed the new equipment, getting everything done in just 2 days.

I was able to schedule an appt with them the next day. They called prior to the appt to let me know when they were on their way. When Cameron arrived he was able to quickly fix my AC and then inspected my furnace while he was there. The price was very reasonable and I'm so happy that I used Craft Mechanical.
