Then we will apply an environmentally friendly proprietary chemical blend to efficiently and effectively remove rust stains, mold, algae, oils, tire marks, etc. Next, we will thoroughly pressure wash with a 4200 PSI commercial grade trailer mounted pressure washer(s) and a rotary surface cleaner. At this point we will begin resanding the joints (if needed).
We are extremely pleased with the professionalism, integrity, and quality of service Island Way Clean & Seal provides. There was a stain in the middle of our paver-covered driveway that required precise intricate replacement of pavers without compromising the integrity of the existing work. Since the job's completion, no one can tell where the new work was done because the result is a seamless repair.

Pressure washed sidewalks and driveway, cleaned the pool enclosure and pressure wash, sand and sealed the pool area pavers. Had a small area of the pavers of concern. Brought it to Erin’s attention and her and their crew came back and explained what was going on with the pavers. They added another layer of sealer on the area of concern. Great customer service and very fair pricing. Definitely will use them again.

The communication was great from start to finish! They got all the acorn stains from our neighbor’s tree out of our brand new limestone decking. It was sealed with a matte finish and isn’t slippery at all. And they even came back to clean a few areas that needed a little extra attention. Competitive price and friendly company. This is the second time I have used this company. First time was 5 years ago when the pool was constructed, and now 5 years later. This is an excellent operation. They do exactly what they advertise and do it very well. Very happy with the results. I would recommend this company to anyone who wants to have a beautifully cleaned, sanded and sealed deck.
