We are dedicated to providing each customer with the highest quality work and service, and to providing results that meet or exceed applicable regulations and code requirements.
We like to say we have an unusual approach to making your dreams a reality. We Listen to YOU! From the start, I liked Dan Razzano. He was very helpful and did not hesitate to study various options and how they would impact your budget.

The decision to remodel your kitchen can be an exciting one, but also a daunting one. Because the kitchen is the most remodeled room in the house, you have infinite options for updating and renovating. Following is an example of a new luxury kitchen remodeling project we completed. It is absolutely beautiful and we have a video with customer review too that we encourage you to see.
After the kitchen, the bathroom is the most remodeled room in the home. Homeowners obviously choose to remodel kitchens first because it's where families tend to spend the most time throughout the day and because kitchens are typically the hub for entertaining. A bathroom model not only adds enjoyment to your everyday life, but potentially adds value to your home.

Dan and his team managed a full rehab of a property we bought years ago that we thought we would never find the right team for. After working through design plans with Dan directly, we started work on what is now our dream home. To say that they did a phenomenal job does not do the work justice; they fully rehab the entire house except some stone that we loved and still cherish. From start to finish, we were in constant contact with Dan and his PM who were on site frequently. We were able to pivot as needed to work around existing items (such as the home being on a slab) and to re-work the entire

Razzano Homes and Remodelers did an outstanding job on our kitchen renovation. Their designers cannot be beat! They really got to know us before we started the project and created a true masterpiece. They are able to read their clients and meet their desires. They are very organized and use an app called Builders Trend to keep the client updated on the progress of their project. The carpenters are true craftsman. They take pride in their work and see the project through completion. If any problems arise during the project, and they always do, Razzano is very quick to respond to your needs and resolve

I cannot rave about Razzano enough! We had a tight timeframe, a budget we had to stick to, and lots of questions! The team was able to create an ADA compliant bathroom that is also beautiful, and compliments our old farmhouse, all in a very difficult space. We could not be happier! All of the workers were friendly, responsive, and very creative in making everything work exactly the way we wanted!

We hired Razzano Homes to do a mid size exterior renovation project on our home. We really enjoyed working with Dan and the company right from the start. They were good at communicating what we were going to get and how it would be installed. They arrived when they said they would and completed the work on time. I would highly recommend Razzano Homes to anyone looking to work with a very professional company.

Let me start by saying that Dan Razzano is a very patient man! Originally, I was interested in expanding over the garage in order to transform a small kids’ bathroom into a much larger, two room bathroom, and add a large walk-in closet off an existing bedroom. Dan must have met with me five times to discuss in detail how this could be done. Long story short, I decided that this was something I no longer wanted to do, as we literally had to raise the roof in order to gain enough head room. When I called Dan to tell him that I had, after five meetings, changed my mind, he could not have been nicer
