Let me start with just WOW. I have never had service like this. Dom Fausto came in a timely manner and kept me updated during the service. The AC unit installed is supreme and I have had no issues with it. Even a year later, my AC unit is keeping my balls from sweating. 100%. I might break my AC unit on purpose just for them to come and give me service!

HORRIBLE AND MESSY installation of 3 condenser lines for the 3 new AC Air handler units in my attic by Dominick Fausto of Absolute HVAC hired through Transform Sears in April of 2020. The lines started giving problem a few weeks after the installation in the summer of 2020 and continue to give the same problem this summer of 2021. Dominick intentionally failed to address the real problem when the system was under his warranty.
After multiple opinions from various HVAC guys recently, all agreed that the condenser lines installation was improperly and sloppily done to save time, money and effort

Great experience with Absolute HVAC Mechanical Systems.
I had been looking for a good HVAC company to add AC to my existing central heating and had already started to give up. But a couple of weeks ago on my way to my son’s school, I spotted the colorful Absolute HVAC van. I grabbed their contact number on my phone and called them once I returned home. The receptionist on the phone was courteous. I left my contact number and within a half hour, Dominic called to set up a visit for advice and estimate. The next morning I had my estimate and within a week the job was done.

In my opinion, if you want to replace your boiler a few years after installation, feel free to use Absolute HVAC Mechanical Systems Inc. If you want the owner of the business (Dominick Fausto) to yell at you, feel free to use Absolute HVAC Mechanical Systems Inc. It's no wonder they have to change their name every few years and Dominick has to put the business in his wife's name. I would also be wary of the many good reviews, since some of them work for Absolute, or are related.

I had Dom and his team put in an air conditioning system. They are the best, their professionalism, good value and responsive were great. Dom really knows his stuff, he answered all my questions and was very detailed oriented about the whole aspect of work being performed. I am very happy with their work and would truly recommend.

We had our oil burner serviced yesterday by Absolute HVAC. Mark the technician was awesome. He went above and beyond what a yearly tune-up & cleaning warrants. Great job. Have used them for years and they never disappoint. They also helped out my daughter this past summer with an A/C issue. They came same day and fixed it. Would highly recommend.
