We got a unit a couple months ago and its mostly good stuff. They made it super easy to sign the contract and get moved in. The units are nice, clean and its well organized and the prices are right for the sizes and what you get. The only issue I really have is the gate is broken currently and has been since we moved in, in July. They do have video surveillance and good facility though!

Smithfield Safe Storage was able to help us out, we needed two storage units to hold our household goods that came from California and Japan after I retired from the military and awaited the purchase of our home. They took care of us and made our transition smooth. Their storage facility is clean and well taken care of. I would totally use them again if we ever needed a storage unit in the future.

My husband and I are so happy that we went with SMITHFIELD SAFE STORAGE. When we got there we were very pleased, it is so clean and well taken care of. We felt at ease putting all of our belongings there. It’s easy and quick to get in and out. The bonus is that the people that run it are very nice 😊 and helpful.

Smithfield storage is a great place it was after hours band I was in the middle of going through my shed. There was no way I was going to get everything back into my shed I texted them and they actually responded!! I got another shed that was close to me and was so thrilled. I didn’t know what I was going to do if I was unable to get that shed. They responded immediately and they were on top of things and it was after hours.

I really like this storage place. They are really clean and easy to access. The get back to you within an hour or two and they readily help you with any problems that you might have. They are in a good location and well lit up at night. They offer different options depending on what you are storing. I have been with them for over a year now and I have I been really pleased with their business. I strongly recommend using them for things you need to store and need protected.

This is a good place to store belongings when needed. The facility is fairly new but even at that it is well taken care of and from what I saw the quality of the construction of the units is quite good. Working with the manager was also easy. She generally answered her phone on the few times I had to call and the one time I did have to leave a voicemail I got a text answering my question very quickly. When I was finished with the unit and called to let her know I had vacated it she was on top of things with my bank draft, etc. It is a well managed and properly taken care of place and I would absolutely
