Sean helped us remove some big pine/oak trees from our property. Not only was he professional, but his staff was also very friendly. I enjoyed seeing these guys spring into action and get the job done. They cleaned up all the limbs and brush as well. Sean was excellent to work with and communicated clearly along the way. These guys are the Best. We had a really tall cedar tree that our family cabin was built around. Grandma had Grandpa build deck around it so close to house the roof eave was cut to let tree grow. Sadly the tree had become too dangerous to keep. It was a really difficult tree to take down Sean and crew are seriously skilled and safe. They also cleaned up the outside so well I wouldn't have known there was a tree taken out. They have our business for life.

I just hired this crew to clean up the dead branches around our property. There were a ton that could have hurt the kids or fallen on the roof.
I'm very, very happy with everything. I cannot even come up with a minor nit. Communication & scheduling was smooth & easy, quality of the work is fantastic, they arrived in time, worked super fast & super clean. The whole crew was professional & courteous. They also work with a variety of payment methods so settling up was a snap as well. Plus... it's fascinating to watch!!!

You won't find a more professional, polite and extraordinarily capable team of tree guys in Tuolumne County. Over the years, I've had a half-dozen different tree companies perform work on my property, so at this point I definitely know the difference between subpar, average and exceptional work. The Timbertech crew is in the EXCEPTIONAL category in a big way. They exceed all expectations: not only are they talented at their craft, they are great guys.

I was required to trim various trees and remove 3 to comply with Ca FAIR insurance inspection. I got a bid from a prominent company in the area but the communication seemed to break down when I want to modify the scope of the work and add two limb removals. Really odd because the quote was not trivial in terms of dollars and my additional request was very trivial in terms of additional time. Seems like they just lost interest in being responsive which is kind of shocking. I actually followed up and said I was going with another service and I never even heard back. Like sorry we lost your business

They sent me a quote different than the one we agreed to, and all I said was "if you want me to sign off on the estimate, please send me the corrected one." They never showed, didn't call until after I called them, and claimed that me asking for a new estimate was the same as telling them I didn't want them to do the job. Then they said "meh, we don't really feel like working your job anyway." I realize everyone has more tree work than they can eat, but there's no reason that you can't still be a decent human being about any business. Going with A-1

Fabulous service. Had a different service recommended who would never call me back. Saw the good reviews here on yelp and thought I would give them a try. Super responsive, Shawn called me almost immediately and came up within a few days for an estimate and tree was down a couple weeks later (I was in no real rush). It was a tricky tree - giant sugar pine right to the house. But they handled it great and left the site spotless - like someone just plucked the tree out. Fantastic. Definitely recommend and I will certainly use them again when I need trees taken down again.

Beyond appreciative of Shawn & his crew! We had an unsightly, unsafe, dying oak tree that had been deteriorating for 16 years, and finally took the initiative to call the professionals at TimberTech! I called and left a message and within two hours had a call back and Shawn was out that afternoon to look at the work we needed to have done. Two days later they arrived and started working. We had Shawn and his crew cut down two trees and trim some others on our property. They were very professional, worked in a very safe way and worked together as team to insure the best outcome. The trees we had cut down were directly over the edge of our deck and other critical items. Not one branch so much as touched either one. Shawn and his gang are actually FIVE STAR, but since they are a young/newish company, I gave them FOUR STAR ... gotta keep them egos grounded.
I had four dead oaks that needed to come down. One was definitely an "Oh SH#T tree. I enjoyed watching them do the project and appreciated the dialog between us. I was [once] a carded tree feller/faller for many years ... So I was able to assess their methods and madness from a knowledgeable standpoint. What they do is dangerous work. I was impressed how they worked as a team to discuss procedure and safety.

First of all, I greatly appreciated that Brian and Shawn returned my call very quickly (I was not able to connect with some other tree removal services in the area) and came to my house right away to give me an estimate. It happened to work out that they were able to come by this morning (just a few days later) and get the job done. My family had gotten a Defensible Space inspection notification from CalFire regarding our cabin property in Twain Harte. I contacted Shawn on Labor Day weekend by phone and we stayed in touch with several texts, as we were running late coming up from the Bay Area. Brian actually came by on the holiday to look over our situation. We had a great conversation about the drought, fire issues
