Excellent customer service! I called concerning a question on my OVERHEAD GARAGE DOOR, the gentlemen directed me to purchase an item at Home Depot, which has the identical part; and instead of him driving to my residence and charging me a service fee, he talked me through the process via telephone, and it worked just like he said. Who would provide that kind of personal touch for nothing? UpDown Garage Doors, LLC did.
