In 1960, Walter Carl Conner started the business with a backhoe and dump truck based out of his home in North Spokane, Washington. Purchasing a cable plow in 1963, W.C. Conner Excavating was one of the first contractors in Spokane to start plowing for cable.

Wife and I are having our home built and was referred to W C Conner Excavating Inc for our site prep work. If you have excavating work you need done there's few better in Spokane. They're work is top notch and reasonably priced. They finished my site prep work more than a week early. I highly recommend them.
