We hired this company to move us from Roseville Ca to Hayden Idaho. They did a fantastic job! They were on schedule and actually had us unloaded a day early! They were so nice and pleasant to work with! All of our belongings arrived safe and in perfect condition! If you need a moving company this is the one to call!

These guys are simply the best. After doing extensive internet research and reading all the horror stories, we were a little apprehensive about moving companies. Then on a recommendation from our real-estate agent, we chose Valley Custom Moving. What a great choice. These guys did exactly what they said they would do. Showed up on time, delivered as promised. We had almost zero damage. After moving a 4 bedroom 2,700 sq ft house over 1,250 miles and the only thing that broke, a plastic wheel on a portable air conditioner. We simply can't say enough about this group of guys. I would not hesitate

We were really impressed with Valley Custom Moving. We had a huge amount of stuff (3 moving trucks worth) to move from Sacramento to Idaho and KJ and his crew made it look so easy and smooth. We really appreciate the great care they took wrapping things and moving them through the house and onto the truck. Email communication was also easy and clear without long delays. We would highly recommend them to others moving from California to Idaho!

We moved from Las Vegas to Kuna, Idaho, and had a house and garage full of stuff, including very fragile antiques. My moving crew (KJ, Jackio, etc.) were amazing! These guys were insanely efficient, reliable, and just all around KIND people to work with.
VCM is the only company I've heard of with a ~2 Day turnaround from pickup/delivery from CA to ID. Moving across the country is challenging, stressful, and exhausting but VCM truly made this a very pleasant experience.

Phenomenal moving experience! Joshua and his team just relocated us to Boise from out of state and we could have been more pleased with the overall moving job. KJ, Jackio and Tyson were wonderful to work with, extremely polite, took great care of our household belongings and over communicated all throughout the process. if you need reliable movers for the West, we highly recommend VCM. Do not use this company if you have nice furniture. We contracted them for a move on a large house and we're completely honest about the size and complexity of the move. They sent out two guys To move a 7600 square-foot house about 6 miles away. One guy was completely new and one guy was unable to carry heavy objects my husband had to move many of the things along with them they stacked and laid things in the driveway without proper wrapping and my large pottery barn leather sectional was scratched on every corner, my Ethan Allen table scratched on legs and my high end dresser had huge scratches

Our experience with this company, and the guys who came and moved our big furniture (Josh? and Gavin) was top notch. They were both efficient (barely stopped moving) and courteous. They wrapped our furniture and asked all the necessary questions, and answered all our questions. Very professional. We were moving from our rental home to our new home 3 minutes away. We only needed them to move the big furniture. Start to finish (they even disassembled our bed and put it back together) it took them about 2.5 hours. I would 100% hire them again and I will be recommending them other friends and family

They showed up early and did a great job packing up my parents house. Very professional and considerate of breakables. They did an excellent job of packing the POD and was able to get it all into one POD. Hard workers who took no breaks. Communicated well. Awesome job!! We appreciate the awesome service. These guys were on time, accommodating, and professional. Ron and John drove down to LA to pick up our things. Both were professional and personable. In less than 5 days we had our stuff all loaded into our nampa apartment.

I would hire Valley Custom Moving again and would recommend them to anyone who needs a great moving company. Austin, Wayne and Trent were great. We moved 3 family members from 1 rental into 2 homes. The price was fair, especially for the extra effort it took. All movers were very friendly, cooperative and willing to work hard. I was so impressed that I will be hiring this company for all my furniture and equipment moves in the future.
