They do not answered the phone. Used them a few years ago. Then they did a good job. Now they do not cut the tike any more and it is $ 9.00 per tile.for the bull nose Nope we did not use them again.

Beware! We were over charged by $98. In 20 plus attempts to clear this matter up with Tim via phone calls, emails, text and mail. Our matter has not been resolved after 4 months. We put our information on an easy to understand excel spreadsheet compared to the system used there. Go somewhere else.

Tim has had a sign saying "back in 30 minutes" for two days. I dropped off two boxes of tile 3 weeks ago. They lost one box then said they could make the other half of my order with the remains of the first. They said it would be done last Friday. I never got a call, so I go down one week layer. My order hasn't even moved. No second box found, no completed order. What do they say? Sorry. The owner isn't answering his phone.

Dropped off tile to get cut and they said it would be a few days. After a week of hearing nothing I called and my order was done but they never contacted me. When I went to pick it up I showed up over a hour before they closed, door was locked and they don’t answer their phone.

They gave me an excellent bathroom countertop and tile for my kitchen. I went out back to pick a piece of granite I liked and they had it cut and polished for me within a week. The price was incredibly low for the quality of work I got. Definitely recommend these guys they know what they're doing!!

They are a good shop. Problem is, you don't know they exist until someone refers you to them. I would have never thought to have typed 'bullnosed' into google and find an outfit to do my bullnose. But that's exactly what we have here. That's mainly why I rate them 4/5. They did 5/5 work, but they need to advertise or something so that more folks know about the bullnose and cutting tile service they provide.
It would make life a lot easier for a lot of folks.

Great experience. Tim is one of the nicest guys you'll ever meet. The place doesn't look like much from the outside, but don't write it off. Highly recommended.
