This is a review of the San Diego branch of your company, which I believe is now defunct. My mother had your company come out to install gutters, after they were finished I told her she needed to call them back so they can fix the horrible job they did. Other than a tube of caulk left on the roof, and in one gutter as well as a soda can, the gutters weren't even sloped in the right direction if at all, also I'm no expert but I'd imagine the corners that get sealed shouldn't have such a large mountainous pile of sealant to catch debris. They did return, and at least cleaned up, and got them sloped

The estimator did a good job. The installer showed up as scheduled and appeared to do a good job. With our recent, heavy rain we have seen that two of the gutters are leaking.
We would like more gutters installed on a separate building from our home. I have called several times over the last three weeks with no response from them. I have even requested another estimate and again no response.
I haven't even mentioned the issue to them of the leaking areas since they won't respond to me.

Bobby was very patient, professional, and responsive to answer all my questions about rain gutters and he provided very helpful advice on everything about my rain gutter project. As others have stated from the 3 bids we received they were the lowest. The Gutters installed were installed in a professional manner and looks beautiful with gutters color matching the house. They also showed up on time and was installed in a timely manner with no mess left behind.

Matt was so polite in setting my appointment with Bobby. When Bobby came out he was super friendly and didn't just rush through all my questions. The price was almost $200 cheaper then the other two companies I had out plus a lifetime guarantee (who does that these days)Awesome! Justin did a clean job on my gutters so good my neighbors started noticing. I never thought gutters could actually add to my house looking better but they do! On the rare occasion it rained we could not sit outside
The original patio installer could not help. I found city seamless and Robert did a custom job for us, we have been waiting for rain to check out the job, with today’s rain we had one one small leak in a corner

I understand confusion caused by Covid19, what I don't understand is gross miscommunication. I had requested an estimate for work that I needed done. They could only book a visit two weeks out. The inside person told me time frame would be between 3 and 5 so I scheduled my life around that. I got a text at 11am from the estimator that he was 10 minutes out for our estimate. Tried to remind him of the 3 to 5 timeframe but he insisted that he had us at 1 to 3 for his work and was trying to expedite the work. Told him I would maybe be home around 1pm. Installer showed up on time. Fabricated the gutters right there and installed. Seemed knowledgeable about the product. Colors matched perfect, gutters blend right in with the trim. Even tho we don't get much rain, it always cascaded off the roof and onto my back patio. Now it's funneled out away from the house and doesn't splatter dirt onto the side of the home. Very pleased with the decision to use Seamless.

This team did a spectacular job! I had received three separate quotes for a standard seamless rain gutter in the backyard and a custom rain gutter in the front to match my new standing seam metal roof. I am a professional architect and incredibly particular and Wanted a gutter that would match my modern home.

In my 50 years I have never had such horrible service. The estimator came out gave a quote and said he could install them on Wednesday, April 17th. I told him I was off work on Friday, the 19th can we do it then. He said no. I said how about Monday the 22nd he said no. So I said fine I will make it work on Wednesday, the 17th. I called the office the day of at 11 to confirm appt and it was confirmed Larry was coming out to install. Well apparently Larry got lost and didn't show. So rescheduled for Friday the 19th. Do not use this company. They cancelled our first appointment. Rescheduled for 2 weeks later. Came to install a week after that and installed them wrong. Came back to fix the incorrect job and did terrible, sloppy work the second time. Called and left message. No return call. Sent a text later saying the quality of work was terrible and included the attached pictures and they responded by text! I said I would just fix it myself and he can deduct the labor from my bill and he said OK sounds good! What? Really? A good, reputable company would CALL the customer back, apologize for the poor work for

I just had rain gutters installed about a week ago...I can hardly wait for it to rain so I can see how well they function. They look really nice. None of the colors they came in matched my house perfectly, and my HOA required a perfect match. No problem, the customer service rep told me I could paint them, so I just painted them to match after they were installed. Easy peasy. The customer service has been wonderful from beginning to end. Keep in mind you may have to wait a week or two to get your apply, they're busy. To me their busy-ness is only a sign of how good they are and how high in

The gutters look great but the one on the back of my house has a ton of leaks. Their customer service is horrible. I have tried to get them repaired twice. Both times they no showed. They originally also no showed me for the first install and did not bother to call me to let me know they could not make it.

Unbelievable. I waited two weeks to get an estimate. They missed the appointment for a flat tire. They couldn't get me an expedited appointment so I waited another 2 weeks for an appointment. An guess what they missed it again and can't get me another appointment for 2 more weeks. An this was all for just an estimate!!!

We are impressed by the service. they were on time, and they came back to adjust one of the downspouts slightly when we changed our minds, and they didn’t even charge us extra! Everyone we dealt with, including the estimator, installer and the people in the office were easy to reach with our many questions.
We’ve recommended them to our neighbors and to any homeowners looking for a good rain gutter contractor.

Wow. They do such great work that I had to write a good review. They completely went out of their way to address our needs and we are very happy with our seamless rain gutter system and our brand new 10x14 foot patio cover!!! It's beautiful and functions well.
We've been screwed by contractors before and we've never been treated so well. Joel and Ilona and Matt and the installers Alex and Jesus were all extremely professional.

Had these guys install gutters on my carport and my barn for my horses. The stalls used to get super muddy when it rained. Their feet get soft and it’s a pain in the butt. I was skeptical that this would solve my issue but it did. I even tested it out the last rainstorm. Works amazing. Highly recommended for anyone with a barn.

These guys are the real deal. So about a month ago I decided to reach out to Yelp and find a company that can do a small project of getting new gutters installed. I reached out to two companies that had high ratings. The first company who had 2 5 star reviews got back to me quickly and gave a good quote. I said let's proceed and the following week he cancelled and then never followed up. I left several messages without any call back. I should leave a bad review for that company, but decided not to. Horrible customer service. A miscommunication within the company lead them to bring the wrong color gutters the day of install after a two week wait. Not a big deal, I understand that mistakes happen. As long as they could get it finished in the next week or two it would have been ok. Nope, they offered a date over a month away. Talk about not trying to keep a customer and NOT trying to fix a problem that was their fault. I won't not recommend wasting your time with them in case something happens. They won't go out of their way to fix it, only make you wait longer.
