Schwartz Excavating was the contractor responsible for the demo of two buildings in Coleraine, MN. They were condemned buildings. The demolition of these buildings resulted in larger parking area for the Greenway High School. In 2015 Schwartz Excavating worked for Itasca County on an improvement project.
