We recently upgraded our system to the 4G touchpad. Luis Vazquez from SWS completed our install. Mr. Vazquez was punctual; arrived on time, and was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He even waited for me to arrive home as I arrived later than expected. He got started immediately and was very personable and answered all of my questions. I… really appreciated that he was very thorough. He made certain that all of our components were added to the new alarm interface flawlessly. We had an issue with our thermostat over a very cold weekend. Brian Elg took the time out of his day off while he was at home to troubleshoot and fix the problem. The service was above and beyond any expectations we had. Every experience we’ve had with this company has been wonderful! Would highly recommend this company!

We recently had our system moved from our old home to our new home and have since had horrible service from SWS. They did a sloppy job installing our doorbell, there is a giant hole and paint missing. I reached… out to them several times and they have yet to fix the situation it’s going on 3 weeks now. Plus the doorbell doesn’t work! We have had other issues too but this was the icing on the cake. I do not recommend them at all.
