We offer a full range of residential design services. Clients are welcome to choose from one to all phases of our services to fit their needs and budget. Are you having trouble deciding whether to build up or out, to remodel or build new? Could you use help solving that design dilemma or improving upon existing spaces or to adding distinct detailing?
When you step into a home that is well designed, you are immediately comfortable. There is a sense of delight, even awe as you look about. You want to stand where you are and take it all in while at the same time, the view into the next space draws you there. There is balance, beauty, light and even whimsy.
You were a joy to work with, and the sense of mutual respect and your listening skills enhanced the entire process at a time in my life when I wasn't accustomed to being listened to. Through building this home, I have rebuilt my sense of self also, and it has been an amazing journey of discovery in so many ways!

There's a house on Water Street in Newburyport I have always admired. It has an arts and crafts style and I would pass it all the time and think 'what a gem'. Then Laine asked me to help him with his website and I found out he was the architect that designed the house. But there's more. It was a renovation and remodel job and you wouldn't believe what the house looked like before his magic touch. He completely transformed the building. As I went though his portfolio it was evident that he can visualize, and has mastered the ability to put ideas on paper, solidify design, then actually do the build
