Josh came to my house today. He was very professional, handled items with care and gave me a free estimate stating that service was not needed at this time. I have shared the Alliance Companies info with a friend who owns rentals. Please note that not all Aid Pest Controls offer such a wide range of services. I live in Canton but realized Alliance was a better choice.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! When I purchased their service in October, I was told it would be good for a year. When I called in the spring to book treatment, I was told it was good for a calendar year, not 12 mos. Sketchy.

This is the second year we've had a yellow jacket nest. When I called this morning they had a cancellation today and were able to come out within 2 hours. I'm sure it's not typical for them to have same day appointments but thank god they did! They are friendly, fast and effective. So pleased with the service that if I encounter a problem in the future they are my first call!
