They came to my home cleaned gutters. The next rain gutters were overflowed. I called the first time they said someone would call. Nothing. Called again they were to send somone out. Nothing. Dont waste your time or money.
Service: Gutter cleaning

Very disappointed. Asked for gutter inspection and discussion of options to deal with over flow problem. Instead they simply used a blower on the gutters for ten minutes, workers would not discuss area where we had a problem and management kept saying they would come back out but have not and ignore our requests to follow up.
One of poorest examples of customer service I have experienced and I believe a misrepresentation of what they claim to do.
Skip the aggrevation and hire someone else.

I called and made an appointment with the company to come clean my gutters as we justoved to the state and the area. They seemed to have had good reviews.They showed up a week late and while we were not home I reviewed the cameras after they called me to ask how service was I said they never showed up -i reviewed the cameras afterward and saw they were here for 15 minutes and they came in an unmarked van. We asked them to come out to install drip edge for our gutter last year. Two weeks later a storm came through and blew out the drip edge, and it turns out they just slid the drip edge under the shingles. They came back out after and “reinstalled” by putting 4 to 6 screws on a 20 ft run through the drip edge they put back up. This year a wind storm pulled the drip edge back out and damaged our fascia and soffit. I called them after having an engineer look at the damage and saying telling me it was installed incorrectly. Dan's team showed up when they said they would, were super professional and did a great job. My gutters and roof were super bad and they did great work and cleaned up everything.
Service: Gutter cleaning

Absolutely pathetic level of service. Called this company over 2 weeks ago to schedule an appointment and they stated that with the rain that was upcoming it was hard to say but they would give us a call and plenty of warning before they came out to our house. Perfectly acceptable, and one week went by with no call. Another week went by and today in the middle of the work day we got a ring on our doorbell, and Dan and his crew decided to show up with no call or warning at all. Thursday - went to the wrong house but said they would be out in the afternoon. Did not show up
Friday - said they'd be out to clean the gutters. Did not show up but said they'd be out on Saturday

Don't waste your time

I hired them to clean my gutters last year and was told it wouldn't be necessary to be home when the cleaning took place. I happened to be home for a few minutes when the agent initially arrived. He asked if there were any problem areas he should be aware of and I pointed a few places out to him. Most of the areas pointed out have been better, but there was a particular area that has still been overflowing all year, leading me to think there was a problem with the gutter. Not a fun situation when a tree branch damage your gutter. However, Dan the Gutterman team came quickly to fix it by not only replacing the gutter, but adjusting it to get a better water flow. The replacement is seamless. Very professional. I would recommend them anytime.

Called the company in November and they said they would call before coming out. Month and a half went by and they called us yesterday and said they would come today sometime. The crew of two showed up when we weren't home but on our nest camera it showed us when they arrived and they were here for a total of 13 minutes. Two story house and detached garage in 13 minutes? Received quote in mid-August for a drain line repair.

I had to call them multiple times over the next two months just to get them out to the house to do the work. They would tell me they were planning on coming and then no show.

Once there (October), they said they didn't receive good enough info from the office about the job and therefore didn't have the right tools do the work...actually asked me if I had tools on hand they could borrow...

They leave and tell me someone will call me to reschedule. No call.

They rescheduled the work several times, but did not inform me until I called to ask where is the crew. On multiple occasions, they did not show up when they said they would. I recommend finding a different provider.

My experience was not what I expected. I had used this company about 25 years ago and received excellent service. This time I called them because I had a leak in the back bedroom ceiling and when the insurance company representative went in the roof he found it was not the roof but one of the gutters needed to be turned a different way. I needed a drainage pipe repaired, it was leaking into my lawn. Called in October 2018 to set the appointment, they told me it would be a month before they could make it out to my house. The sent me an invoice in November 2018, had to collect $225 fee for NEW CUSTOMERS...without even speaking to me or coming to my house. Needless to say I didn't pay it, I never heard from them and randomly on January 9,2019 they arrived unannounced and started working on the pipe! Gave me an estimate to have the work done on installing new drain line. I chose them since they were the lowest bid (big mistake, I guess you get what you pay for).

They started digging into my neighbors yard and when they were made aware, they didn't seem to understand what the issue was!

Once they realized they could not cut through the neighbors yard, they tried to shake me down for additional money as it was taking too long??!!??

They also destroyed my yard and made no attempt to clean anything up. They cut through my sidewalk because it was too difficult to dig underneath.

I wish I had looked on Yelp before having these guys come out. Very similar results. I had one gutter that would overflow during heavy rain and needed slopped, and I had an underground line plugged that they were supposed to look at and quote what it would take to fix. They ended up trying to snake the underground line, which honestly I was ok with, but then charged for an extra hour of work. The line is STILL plugged. They quoted me $145 over the phone to "reattach" my gutter. When they guy arrived at my house, he just cleared a blockage in my gutter then he left. It took him a total 15 minutes. I called to tell the office that he didn't end up needing to reattach and reinforce my gutter - it was literally one trip up the ladder. So I thought they would naturally give me a break on the price. The lady said that a trip to the house is $145 no matter what... So yeah, I would avoid this company... They are deceptive and dishonest. $145 per 15 minutes equals $580 per hour, which equals $1,206

I had great communication with Suzanne at "Dan the Gutterman " she was responsive and relayed my notes to her crew about the work and special needs that needed to be taken care of due to other contractors working in the same area. The only downside was that the debris from our gutters was just thrown into our yard instead of properly disposing of it.

Should be NO STARS. I book a gutter repair. Never showed. I Called three weeks later and they forgot I made an appointment. Made another appointment. Showed up a week late after that appointment, told me they needed more materials and then never showed up or called me back. Don't do business with this company!!!!!

I contacted this company in September to have my gutters cleaned, downspouts inspected, and underground drain lines snaked. I requested that they contact me when they came to do the work so that I could discuss with them the issues that we were having. They allegedly came to the house and left me with a bill for over $500.00. They claim to have cleaned out the gutters, snaked the underground drain lines, and installed a "drip edge" on our gutter system.
