I could not be happier with AquaBlu Mosaics! Their service, quality, and especially their Customer Success Specialist, Kris, were exceptional. Their selection is vast, prices are great and the products shipped fast. A few months after I received the products our plans changed and we no longer needed one of the tile. I reached out to AquaBlu and Kris went out of her way to assist me with a return. Since my window had already closed the manager offered me a 25% refund just to guarantee my satisfaction. It sure worked! I highly recommend them!

Purchased 2 different colors for 2 different projects. I really like the 1st one we did but quickly realized that the website will jam if you try to calculate 2 different jobs back to back for how much grout you need. So now I'm a pail short and have to reorder and pay shipping again. Kinda disappointed as I tried messaging and never heard back.

I purchased 2 samples of the Canvas series "Dream" to see how it would look in my pool. The online order process was a cinch and the samples arrived within a few days, very well wrapped I must say. The price seems good compared to other similar sites I researched so I will most likely place an order for the amount I need for my pool renovation project!

It was quick and easy to order, my tile and grout was delivered very quickly. I called customer service when I ordered and couldn't reach anyone. But then realized it was probably 7pm on the east coast. I called the next day and they were very helpful, very kind and a pleasure to work with. The tile is absolutely gorgeous and awesome how it goes in the dark... Very fun and beautiful... Used it as a backsplash for 2 new bathrooms we just built.
