The rear wall was bumped out and the entire space was enlarged.
New Marvin kitchen window and slider was installed. New Starmark cabinets and Cambria countertops were installed with new stainless appliances. The vinyl flooring in the kitchen and dining room was replaced with new sand and sealed hardwood floors to match the living area. The stairwell/foyer area was enlarged and opened to allow more light to pass through the new open concept floor plan.
