Oglesby Lawn Care

How was Oglesdy lawn Care? They didn't even answer their phone. I'm calling Trees R us.

I called over a week and and half ago to get an estimate on removing some stumps. I was told they would come out to give me the estimate within 2 days and no one called or showed up. I’ve called on multiple occasions and left messages with no call back and even messaged these people on Facebook a couple of days ago with no response as well. This is by far one of worst customer services I’ve ever seen. There is no way someone didn’t listen to those messages.

I give them my phone number and address a week ago.... And they won't call back. I've called them five times and no answer and no return calls ! Helmuth Tree Service came out in 1 hour for an estimate. Enough said !!

Such hard workers. It's always go go go with them. They trimmed the trees in the front, cut down a tree in the back, and removed white rock for me. The owner is also so knowledgeable, he told me about the certain trees I have and how they need to be cut and how they grow. They were super friendly and nice to talk to. Will forever be using them for future needs.

They are working across the street and just knocked down the power lines to our house. When we called REMC 10 minutes later they said nobody else had reported it.

Ryan and the crew came out to do some trimming for us, yesterday. They did a great job, and even went as far as to rake our landscape and bordering edges. They didn't leave a single twig. Looks great. Thank you so much!

Ryan and his team came in this winter and down 3 trees and removed the 3 stumps. The trees all hung over our house and the neighbor's house and we had several obstacles like fences in the yard as well as an irrigation system. The guys did a fantastic job. Great customer care, great work, great cleanup and fair pricing. I've used others in the past for other trees and no one comes close to what we got from Oglesby. Thanks!
