After speaking twice with the owner of this business, I am amending my original review. While I value the quality of service and experience that I have been provided and also the consultation and advice I have received, we could not come to agreement on the pricing for replacement (both part and service) of a part that I need for one of my units.

Brian and his team are top notch. When I needed my furnace replaced, Brian came over, told me what he wanted to do, gave me an estimate and then did exactly that. Not always the case when working with contractors. Katrina and the office staff were quick to get back to me with answers to any questions I had, making the whole process stress free. And when I tell you the technicians go above and beyond, believe it! Rich literally saved my Thanksgiving. These guys are neat, clean, true pros. 5,stars aren’t enough for B.A. Colella !!

From the moment the phone call was answered I knew I was dealing with professionals. My appointment was booked quickly and efficiently. I was given an appointment time that worked for me which was convenient. The technician arrived on time and was courteous. He diagnosed the problem and got my approval to do the work. The price was fair and the job was completed quickly. Will call them in the future when the need arises.

We were converting from oil to natural gas and BA Colella came highly recommended. Brian (the owner) came to our house and spent an hour with me answering all of my questions regarding the conversion to gas, the new boiler, and all the paperwork involving New Jersey Natural Gas (pertaining to rebates, financing, etc). I felt very comfortable with Brian and after he left, I got several other estimates, but BA Colella was always going to my choice.

I had to replace my AC condenser and air handler, and Rich and Anthony did an awesome job on a very hot day. They were professional, explained everything they were doing, and had the work completed in one day as promised. The system is working great, and they also told me how to maintain it. Brian also came out before the work was done and thoroughly explained what I needed and gave an estimate in a timely manner. I can’t recommend them highly enough!! Very happy with the work that was completed and I would definitely use this company in the future if I need anything else.

We had service done today by Connor and he was extremely friendly and professional. He made sure to explain everything he was doing, he checked in throughout the job, he kept everything neat and tidy, and he was great about wearing his boot covers in the house. After contacting a few different companies to replace my mom's whole house A/C condenser, I was most fortunate to find B.A. Colella Heating & Cooling, LLC. Even though it was a very busy time of year for them, they were able to install a replacement unit in a timely manner AND at a fair price. But more importantly, the 2 gentlemen who completed the work went above and beyond for my 90 year old mother! They were both caring and professional! I would highly recommend this company.

Very happy with B.A. Colella! We had an issue with our central air over the weekend, I called them on Monday morning and they had someone out here Tuesday am. One of the best home improvement experience i ever had. Brian and Team installed a brand new AC unit (indoor unit in attic and Condensing unit outdoors) at our house. They also installed new duct work in the attic to balance the flow. Their guys were super professional. They did work with safety and cleanliness top in mind. I had my kids, my wife and myself at home at all times and we never felt if there was any work going in the house. when i visited the attic it was super clean and spotless. Work was done with super professionalism. We are so happy and fortunate to pick B.A Colella as our contractor

We've used B A Colella twice now. Once when we chose to do replace our old AC unit and once when our old boiler chose to be replaced. Both times Brian and his team were amazing. Their prices were reasonable, and the mechanics were very professional - taking care to protect carpets and clean up as they worked. I especially like that Brian takes the time to discuss options with you. They replaced a 30 year old AC system and updated it to add zones. Our AC has never run better and the house is much more balanced. Our boiler went and Brian and team were able to get us a new one and get us up and running

We recently transitioned from oil to nat gas using B.A. Colella. We found them incredibly knowledgeable and professional, and are extremely happy with our new NTI Combi Unit. Brian (the owner) was always available for questions, and helped to ensure our needs were met to the best of their abilities. Rich and Konner did impeccable work, and were extremely easy to work with. Rich even fixed 2 small nagging issues that he noticed without me even asking, and also pointed out a potential future issue that we should address.
