I chose design Waterville to support local business and was deeply disappointed. To keep this fair they did a solid job on three of my rooms but they were shorted from the manufacturer on my living room and said they could make it work. I expressed my concerns on having it done but trusted their experience. I have racing stripes down the most visible area in my living room as the seems we’re done poorly as a result of them “making it work”.
Took almost a year to come to a resolution and the owner offered me for them to redo it (carpet would then not match) or $250 bucks. Place is a joke

I want my experience with Deign Waterville to be shared with those that may be interested in purchasing their floor products. This was my second purchase and from beginning to end the customer service could not have been more impressive. The choice, quality, price and installation of their product is very competitive, but what is more outstanding is how they treat you as a customer. After several months I had an issue with the carpet they had installed. Monica immediately visited my home and agreed that there was a problem and that she would have her installation foreman take a look at it. He visit
