After waiting on a different company to come for 3-4 weeks I decided to call Complete.
I described the situation my client had with a tank covered by a deck. Also 130 feet of hose would be needed to reach the tank. This was not going to be a quick pump and run. The tank may have never been pumped on this 50 year old house.
I sent some pictures to show the property and how the deck was situated over the tank.
At first ms Kelli was hesitant to agree to send a crew because this could not be done for the usual rate and there were too many unknown factors to consider.
I assured her that I understood

They was able to come to days earlier than planes which I was glad for. I had been without water for 7 weeks. They showed up clean looking very nice explained everything to me and after replacing the pump points and pipes I had water. Very reasonable on their pricing I had water in less than 3 hours! Marty, Russell &, their office staff went completely out of their way today to come out to our home after hours on a Friday with no hesitation. Our septic tank was beyond full (located downhill) which caused us to be conoletely without water inside our home! This was something that had to be fixed today for us as I work remotely while having two kids attending school virtually or we wouldâve needed to stay elsewhere until someone could assist Monday. They quickly helped us get back to normal as soon as they arrived by helping us locate our septic, digging to open and, then emptying. Everything

These guys came right on out and got right to business. Very fair pricing and also gave us a discount. Not only did they get our tank that has never been serviced taken care of they just about left zero footprint of being here.I got his taken care of in a professional and timely manner. We needed our tank pumped and called early Friday morning. The lady was very nice and helpful setting up the appointment. They came at noon, and the young man did an excellent job. He went above and beyond what was asked of him. He made sure things were in order and cleaned up when he left. I highly recommended this company. Great service and great people

I am very happy to have found them to take care of our âstinky businessâ aka our septic tank. I called for maintenance service and was greeted with friendly staff as well as short wait for service. Fast, friendly, and affordable. We needed an old septic system replaced and I am so glad we found these guys! They came out to inspect the problem the day I called and had the new system installed within the week. They charged what they quoted and did not up charge for removing obstacles to complete the job.
