Both Rudy and Brian were terrific to deal with. Not only did I receive excellent service but both took the time to explain different products for my deck rebuild. It was personalized and detailed service. The way business should be done. Their pricing was better than the BIG STORE competitors. My contractor Ron Ducote Construction had questions and they took his call and answered his questions.

I can't say enough good things about Rudy and Brian. I tore off the wood from my deck and made it larger last Fall/Winter. Rudy took my drawing and dimensions and provided me with an accurate material list. My wife and I were able to look at our options and colors right at the office/warehouse where they have a lot of sample decks, railings, stairs, etc. The delivery was PERFECT. The guys hand carried my materials to MY location and stacked them professionally. All of my installation questions were answered simply and clearly as this was my first Trex installation. It’s so rare today to find knowledgeable and professional assistance when doing anything. That’s why I felt compelled to tell you how great Rudy and Brian at Outdoor Specialties were in helping me with my deck project. I built homes for 30 years and they informed me of all the new products available and the new methods to install my deck. They helped me with the deck takeoff and suggested a method of installing the deck that hid all of the screws. Seriously you just won’t find this kind of service anywhere.

My husband and I stopped by to look at their decking materials and knew within that first visit that this was the company we wanted to do business with. Rudy was extremely knowledgeable and patient with us. He had wonderful suggestions, offered us many options, and made us aware of all parts and materials that would be needed. They have a very large display showing completed decks with different colors and railing materials. If you have a hard time visualizing things, it goes a long way in helping to make color and material selections. We have been by a few times since and Rudy is always so friendly
