Booking the appointment was easy. They responded promptly to my initial request. It had been a few years since my dryer vent line was cleaned. He showed up and completed the cleaning quickly. Called in morning after seeing they had 5 stars for reviews. 2 Technicians came out promptly when they said they would in mid afternoon. Very professional, courteous & knowledgeable. After they checked my appliance manual they told me it was under warranty. In addition, they looked up all information that I would be required to give LG & wrote all numbers down including the phone number to call. That extra mile they took was extremely helpful to me.

Super friendly, quick service, knowledgeable staff. Washer had broken the day before, and we were very grateful to find local appliance repair company. Thank you to Carlos who helped us with finding the best washer and dryer for us. He answered our questions and was really patient with us. Made us feel comfortable with taking our time with making a decision. We were able to pick up our washer and dryer that same day at Lowe's. Carlos set tech for installation, so in less than 24 hours we was able to do laundry again! Perfect service!
