Absolutely love this company and it’s staff!! So thankful for all their help in getting my swing. Tried to order through one of their vendors with no luck. Will go directly to them from no on!!! ❤️❤️

These chairs are made comfortable, convenient, and heavy (in a good way) with high quality materials. Sure shipping is delayed, demand is extremely high for outdoor entertainment now. They will scratch against… hard surfaces but since the color is through the material it won’t be extremely obvious. Customer service is great, I received my chair with a cracked slat (folding/reclining Adirondack chair) that they quickly replaced in the mail. And response time when contacting customer service was relatively quick. My biggest annoyance is the crooked slat (no it’s not the one I replaced

Last year I bought two Highwood Adirondack chairs. For many reasons I just assembled them today. Instructions were quite clear and the craftsmanship, superb. I realize they are expensive but believe me, they are worth it!

Sarah Coggiano HR Manager, likes to tinker with her employee’s state of mind, master manipulator, a liar extremely disrespectful, tried to make a complaint about this woman got sent to her, and she proceeded to spell her name wrong and tell me that the only person I would be able to speak about this matter with is her.. well John Quarmley will be speaking with me shortly I presume because this is indeed very unprofessional.

I do recommend Highwood USA because of the quality of their products. However, customers are recently experiencing extreme wait times from the the time we order and pay for our order to the time it is delivered. I ordered and paid on August 19, 2020 and have been informed it will be another one to two weeks before it goes into production. The Highwood website said 4-6 weeks when I placed my order. Then I was told 10 weeks. Now I'm told 12 weeks. I understand Covid19 has put a strain on business but I'm beginning to lose patience.

Waiting over 7 weeks now AFTER running my card immediately. If you can't meet your delivery promise then do not take orders. Very frustrating. Poor answers from customer service.

JUNK! After 3 years of constantly repairing cracked boards on our bench we finally bought from a different company. That company told us the Highwood bench is NOT composite as the black color should be color through and is worn off. This material is simply resin infused saw dust. Also recycled benches with plastic slats are no less then 1 1/4 inch thick and this is bench in 3/4 inch. SAVE your money!

Placed my order June 28, 2020.....still waiting. Checked status of my order on Aug. 8th and was told it will ship in 2-3 weeks. Checked today and was told they should ship in 2 to 3 weeks. Is it really going to happen? Are these worth waiting for or will I be disappointed if they ever arrive.

NEVER would I recommend Highwood USA. We ordered a small patio table and four chairs 7 1/2 weeks ago (on 6/29/2020)!!! I was notified yesterday that our order was shipped but when shipping number is inputted it says it has not shipped!! Tried since 8am to get an answer! I have messaged twice and called but no person answers. When we placed our order it said it would take 4 weeks which is NOT true. Seven and one half weeks now...and counting! Rethink before ordering from this company and shop/order elsewhere.

Just got our rockers delivered. Great quality. Easy to assemble. Gonna look great on our deck.

We placed a huge order in May. They told us 3-4 weeks. We still haven’t received our order. Wondering now if we ever will but they sure did run my card for almost 4K back in May.

We've had their Adirondack chairs and rockers for about 5 years now. They continue to look very good and require no maintenance. They are comfortable and sturdy.

I purchased a new set of the counter height deck chairs and a table this fall. One of the chairs tipped over in the wind and the back (all 7 vertical pieces) snapped. I didn’t realize they were so fragile… because we have other furniture made from recycled material from a different manufacturer and they are very tough and their warranty is incredible. Bought this because it was a bit cheaper. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. Wow, this place is a joke! I have never seen a place that cared so little about their employees and their families. They treat every employee like they're a liability. Don't ever call in sick either. If you do, make sure you have a note from your mommy. Everyone single person in Management is very unprofessional, with the exception of the first shift manager. The HR lady is a flat out LIAR! I've been working at Highwood for a little over 1yr now. Best place I've ever worked!! Great place to work and great people to work with!! It's nice when you see the CEO/President everyday and she always has time to talk about any possible needs, questions etc. How many other places do you even see let alone know the higher ups like that? I give it 5 stars for sure!!!

Been employed at highwood for a year and a half now. Good group of people to work with and good management. Fast pace environment makes the days go by fast. Looking forward to see we're highwood takes me.

I've worked for Highwood 5 years, great place to work if you have the right mind set and you're not lazy. Many opportunities for advancement if you're motivated to keep growing with the company.
