I called and asked how much is it to come and diagnose the problem and I was told it will be $50. If there is anything else to fix, I will have to pay more. Sure, sounds great. But when the technician arrived at my house, he said that I have to pay $50 and then another $189 just to see what is the problem. And then on top of that pay another $$ for repair. Nothing was said about $189 just to see the problem. Would never use this company. Even in the text description it says “ our standard fee for the expense associated with the time and travel to diagnose, inspect, and provide expert recommendation

I originally called Talt a few months ago, when I heard water in my walls. They came to check things out and although at the time didn't find anything, they also did not charge me for the house call. I kept that in mind a few months later when one of my 15 year old water heaters decided to leak all over the garage. I spoke to John on Monday morning, he gave me a quote and scheduled the replacement. Delvin was out to my house by 9:30 AM that same day. I decided to replace both water heaters, since it was only a matter of time before the other one went out. I am very pleased with the work. The price

The company was very responsive in communicating updates on scheduled job. The plumber that came in Dion was professional and personable. Also cared to change shoes to dry ones since his boot was soaked in snow. The job quality was very good. Only 4 stars because their pricing was a very high. At least when I spoke with the owner he was honest enough in admitting that they do charge higher than comparable plumbing companies.

Honesty and quality of work go a long way with us! We've used this company once before and can't say enough great things about them! We had an issue with an outside faucet and 2 of our toilets, so we scheduled a service call the following day. They came by the next morning, gave an estimate, and had all of the work completed within an hour!!! Very professional and will even teach you a bit along the way. My neighbors use this company as well!

We called TALT first thing in the morning on a Monday morning and they were out within an hour and a half. They were friendly, personable, quick, and efficient. They were able to re route our broken pipe so that we did not have to jack hammer through our brand new floor. Trey and his group were awesome and we will use them again in the future if we have any plumbing needs.

From the get go the owner and one of the employees explained everything to me and they also explained it in terms I could understand which I really appreciated.
I had a clogged toilet and it was also flooding my shower because of it. They came out, assessed the problem, involved me where I needed to be, and completed

Thank you Talt Plumbing for costing us $7200 on fixing your mistake! We had what the owner called a "simple leak" on the faucet outside of our home and since they didn't do their job correctly, they caused the leak to drain inside our guest bedroom wall. PLEASE don't make the same mistake we made by using this company. They make huge mistakes that they are not accountable for and the owner will tell you he's tired of working with you I'm pretty sure you're going to have to deal with customers when you own a business. Oh, and not to mention to find out their company
