After being hounded by many companies for solar going door-to-door I decided to go with AZ Solar Concepts. I was drawn to them because they offer SunPower panels. The staff is always helpful and courteous, taking the time to ensure I fully understand what is going on and what to expect. My panels are up and turned on, and I love seeing the monthly savings. Bought our solar system from them 8 yrs ago and Jane been please, but..... When we bought our system life of roof was discussed as we had less then 10 yrs left on our roof lifespan. Salesperson said, no problem, you got more then 5 yrs left, so you good now. When time to replace roof just call us, will be around $800 for us to take down panels and… reinstall later. So now 8 yrs later, time to replace roof, so got roofing contractor bids to replace entire roof for $8K. So call Az Solar Concepts to inquire about service so I can get my roof replaced, they just quoted us $11,000 to just remove

Purchased a solar system in 2019 and have enjoyed saving with it. Part of the install included a new 200 amp service panel in our Sun City condo. Upon selling the condo, the buyer's inspector noted the HVAC rating was 40 amps and was connected to a 50 amp breaker. Not really wanting to hire and electrician I called Arizona Solar Concepts and they sent one of their electricians out the next day. He simply swapped breakers with that of the range and and we passed inspection. Above and beyond best describes the service we've gotten along our solar journey. Going to miss the Sun Power

Our sales rep went above and beyond in educating us on solar for our home. She answered every single question we had and shared copies of her personal utility bill so that we could see the savings. Our panels have been on for only a few weeks and we are already seeing the positive impact on our bill. They kept us in the loop at every step of the installation process. I was referred to Rob at AZ Solar Concepts after a less than pleasurable experience with 2 other solar contractors. I found Rob and the rest of the AZ Solar Concepts team to be honest and reliable and I am pleased with the results.
Bonus: Rob carries dog treats, so the pug is also a satisfied customer.
Update: I had my semi annual A/C maintenance done today. My guy commented about the high quality of the installation. He was impressed by the clean conduit runs, the labeling of the panels and that safe access to the A/C was considered.

We love our Sunpower by Arizona Solar Concepts! We worked with Ben Figura, and he was great!! Highly recommend him! He explained things clearly and efficiently. I’ve only had one issue (and it was my WiFi not connecting right) so I called the support line and they helped me trouble shoot and fix the problem. They were fast and got it fixed right away!
