This business initially told us in June 2020 that they were 3 weeks behind. In said no problem we wouldn't need the installation of the septic system until October, it would need the quote sooner. He promised us by July 20th. He had the soil sample and everything else he asked for. We called and emailed numerous times but A&E's owner Ed, never got back to us. Then he promised us a quote by August 5th. Still no answer and no call back. We even begged that if you can't do it, just let us know. No answer.
