Elit Tile is THE BEST!!! We searched many stores for the perfect tile. Elit outdid everyone else in many ways. Unlike most locations, we were greeting upon walking in to the store. We had the pleasure of working with Nick. Not knowing too much about tiles and grouts, we told Nick the color we were interested in and the space it would be used for. Within minutes he brought us several samples. He spent so much time with us and answered our MANY questions without getting frustrated. He even answered questions we didn't know we had. Overall this was an amazing experience and so satisfying

Emily helped us select tiles for our remodel. She was very patient and kind. She did not pressure us into anything. My wife and I were VERY indecisive about what tile we wanted, Emily helped us and walked us through all of our options. Our go to tile store since 2010 thanks to their service, competitive pricing, and friendly customer service. We have never been disappointed with our shopping experience. Most recently we had to tear out our kitchen floor unexpectedly. Tile guy advised to find something "in stock" for a quick turn around.
First day I set out, I was exhausted from going from shop to shop, and the store was extremely busy when I arrived so I just called it a day. READY to go at 9AM the next day, the store was calmer and sales team well caffeinated ready to assist me.

We found our dream porcelain slab for our kitchen remodel among Elit tile's large showroom and selection. Elizabeth helped me to coordinate with my GC and the manufacturer directly to determine slab sizes and facilitate expedited delivery. Elizabeth was very patient in helping me find a replacement solution when our original slabs were no longer available from the manufacturer. We will be coming back here to pick our our materials for our bathroom remodel.

Charged me a $120 exchange fee and on top of that their "manager" KARENA speaks with a rude and loud tone-- screaming and does not like it when you get FEED UP and talk to her the same way back. When you talk to her the same way she talks to you she screams "she doesn't want to do business with you" and screams at her workers to load it into my car and won't take my exchange. So clearly it's okay for them to talk to you like crap and you have to accept that treatment. This is not her business, and I already paid for the tiles. Judge for yourself if the headache

We placed a small order placed for a bathroom shower stall through our contractor, but Elit Tile got almost nothing right about the order, and haven't returned my calls. It seems we've lost more than $300 due to incorrect, or too much product (about 10% of the total order cost) .
1. The order took too long to write up and finalize -- miscommunication or lack of follow up for two weeks.
2. The estimate was written up incorrectly, quantities were wrong.

I came here to look over my options for a small project I wanted to do. I needed tile and granite for my kitchen project. I was fascinated by the options this place had. My husband and I were referred to Elit Tile by a friend who said we should ask for Karina. I am so glad we did! Karina was able to help us from start to finish. She was so helpful and patient with all of our questions in regards to the best tile and laminate for our floors for our home. Karina! She is my girl!! Wow I can't stop raving about how amazing she is and how amazing this store is. I stumbled across this place while visiting a place near by. Right of the bat Karina acknowledged me when I walked in and was kind enough to help me put designs together for my 3 bathrooms. She gave me great feedback on which products are suitable for my space. I feel like I'm getting a 2 for 1 deal because I get my tile but I also get design services. She seems to be the best one there because she had several clients waiting to work with her but she is worth the wait. This store

Don't bother stopping by at this tile store. There are much better options on the same street. We spent a considerable amount of money buying tile from these guys. They messed up one of our orders and sent us the wrong tile. When we notified them, they told us they can't get the tile we want for another month, so we decided to return the tile. They told us there would be a 25% restocking fee...on something that we didn't order in the first place and that was still in its original packaging. That's not what I call customer service. A lot of time and money spent on this place

I was in this store for 30 minutes and no one acknowledged my existence. So I went ahead and took a seat right in front of their faces and I have been sitting here staring at this guy and his associate for 10 minutes and they have completely ignored my existence. So I thought I'd take a photo of their rudeness.
There are a million tile stores in the area and there is nothing that makes them special...beyond their pathetic customer service...so if you enjoy being ignored and treated like you don't exist, this is the tile store for you.
