We realize that roof replacement projects require thorough budgetary planning, and are very time sensitive. For this reason we work directly with industry leaders to help provide a strategic plan that consistently delivers the most effective results.

Sheet Metal Fabrication Report

MRB has its own sheet metal fabrication shop and owns its own brake presses, and slitters. When it comes to fabricating sheet metal we do not subcontract any of it out. This is done in house, and allows us to have unprecedented quality control, and gives us the ability to deliver effective, consistent results with no deviation in workmanship.

Typically the first step is to perform a core analysis in which a circular hole is cut into the roof to determine roof thickness, deck type, and to look for any moistures accumulation within the roof.

Built-Up Report

Built-up roofing is nothing new. The concept has been around for over 100 years, although the material and its installation have evolved during that time. Modern built-up products incorporate a rigid insulation layer for improved energy efficiency. Most built-up roofing is comprised of three parts: bitumen material, ply sheets, and one or more surfacing materials.

Great company to do business with, their up front with their prices, techs checked in with the office before starting work and again after they finished.

I hired MRB Contractors to replace a commercial roof of mine in the latter part of 2011 after a hail storm hit. Having been in the real estate industry for a number of years I was personally referred to MRB by a business acquaintance. MRB was professional from start to finish, and far exceeded my expectations of a roofing company. They met their deadline, and they and were professional from beginning to end. I will definitely use them in the future when it is time to replace my roof.
