Liberty Remodeling & Restoration is a licensed, bonded, and insured general contractor, established in 2004. Since then, we've been helping residential and commercial clients restore homes and businesses to their former glory after severe damage. We also believe in educating our clients about handling insurance claims for property damages, specializing in helping homeowners maximize their insurance claims.
Monday - Friday from 8am to 5pm and we also have some appointment availability on nights and weekends. Yes, the owner is a Public Adjuster and we are fully licensed, bonded and insured as general contractors. Yes, if your home has been damaged by a recent calamity or weather event give us a call. We are trained in damage assessment and we can help you recover.

Our work was related to storm damage. Richard (owner) is a public adjuster who did all the communications with our insurance company, making sure that insurance came through with absolutely everything that was need to restore our home.
He worked tirelessly on our part. Everything Liberty did was beautifully executed, with highest consideration and respect to our needs. They went above and beyond! 10 stars out of 5!!

As many know the sight of water leaking into your home can be a scary and a financially terrifying thing. Navigating home owners insurance claims can also be a nightmare. Rich walked me through a very difficult claim. There was confusion, tears, rage and much frustration on my part trying to navigate the claim process myself. Rich stepped in, stood beside me and fought for my family through the whole process. It took him many hours of work dealing with my claim to get it approved. A few weeks ago a roofing company came to our house and said that we were missing shingles and wanted to inspect our roof. My initial reaction was that the salespeople were fishing for business, because I could not see anything wrong with our roof.
To be safe, based on a recommendation, I contacted Liberty Remodeling and Restoration to have them inspect our roof. After a thorough examination the verdict was: there is nothing wrong with our roof.
