DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. BEWARE!!!
After my husband explained that we had a sewage leak in the crawl space in one area, the guy on the phone gave my husband a quote to do the entire job. When they came out, they had Lisa call my husband to get payment, then they said they cleaned up the sewage. When A-1 came out to fix the pipe, they said there was still sewage in the crawl so A-1 had to use there own plastic to repair the pipe as there was still sewage waste there. Then Emergency Restoration had someone else call us to say they wanted to send an estimator out on Monday to give another

My number 1 recommendation for mold remediation! They visited our home only a few days after we called them and immediately got to work! ERS was the most helpful of the 10 water damage/restoration and environmental hygienist companies I called in the area. I was told I had a mold problem because my sinuses were inflamed due to allergies. Donna was knowledgeable of the insurance process if I needed to make a claim. And huge thanks to Ryan who actually found what was causing me problems. Three things that separate them from the rest: 1. ERS is the only company who did mold restoration AND testing 2. I can't say enough GREAT things about Emergency Restoration Services. I have been a Realtor for over 15 years and the "mold" issue has always been "tricky/scary"...until I met Chad and his team. I love that they are not alarmists, and they have a very calming and practical approach to mold issues...very fixable! I have even used their services on my personal residence. Don't let anyone scare you when it comes to mold! This company has answers and solutions, and they will LITERALLY leave you breathing easier!

They tore up more flooring than what was damaged. Way further than we had previously discussed. Under the flooring they tore up they found black adhesive that contained non-friable asbestos and they stopped all work. I wasn't home at the time and my wife paid them before services were fully complete.
They didn't board up the area and left all their gear for days before picking it up. It was difficult to get in contact with them to find out what was going on.
I had to replace over 50% more flooring than I expected. Most of the flooring torn up had no water damage. There were no pictures provided

I have know Chad for about 8-9 years know, I have even done work with chad to rebuild some of the emergencies he has done work on. I never thought I would need him to take care of a water emergency at my own place. Chad was nothing less that amazing with his explanation of how the process was going to go and his crew took care of my place in a few days. They did and awesome job and would recommend them to anyone if they have an emergency just like I did.

I don't always write reviews on my experiences with a company but when I had Emergency Restoration Services come to my home and take care of a mold problem which I had neglected I was extremely impressed! The owner Chad spent a lot of time with me answering all of my questions about how he thought it got there, whether or not he thought it was dangerous to my health and how to fix the problem so it wouldn't come back. He didn't try to scare me like the first guy I had look at it. Well, now that the job is done I am happy to say that I made the right choice by hiring Emergency Restoration Services
