Very responsive, timely, professional, great quality work! Curtis helped me to assess the damage in my flooded basement. His experience and knowledge speak for themselves not to mention that he used thermal cameras to verify everything and advised not to file claim and I do it myself as it was contained and not a big deal. I really appreciate his honesty and feedback. He also didn't charge me for the inspection. I hope I don't have to go through this again but if I have to, I will definitely consider them in future. Thank you ECO!

Eco is a great company that helps the Red Cross with fire preparedness campaigns, volunteering with fire departments in the communities they service and has a friendly, knowledgeable staff. I have been happy to volunteer with them and bring fire safety awareness to Columbus and surrounding areas. If I ever have a clean-up situation, they will be my first call.

First-class operation from beginning to end. Promptly responded to our call for service. Job estimator was courteous and completely explained the process from team arrival to job completion. Completed the remediation work in a professional and timely manner. Team supervisor and all team members were very professional as well as courteous. Great follow-up to see if we had any questions or concerns. If you have a need for the services they provide, I would highly recommend the folks at ECO Disaster.

FANTASTIC! Quick response, knowledgeable staff, extremely courteous, and honest.
I love that they have everything posted on line so that not only us, the consumer, but our insurance company can see pictures of exactly what they are doing day by day and all communication between the three parties can be seen as well. They just go above and beyond in customer satisfaction.

I have had the privileged of working with some of the staff from ECO Disaster Services, and was very pleased! There compassion for the community was a breathe of fresh air, and made me realize how much of an attribute their services are to our local community. I myself, who works with the community, was very intrigued by their energetic motivation to get involved in my services and how they could build upon my presentations to make them memorable and something to continue for years to come. As Fire Chief I have had the privilege to work with this company on both professional and personal levels. The customer service is next to none, fast and very efficient. The staff are very sympathetic to the customer and remain on task no matter how large or small the incident. With ECO Disaster Services even someone you just met will treat you like family.

I cannot Thank ECO enough for all they did for me today. With in two hours all the water was gone and everything will be back to normal in a few days. Being the agent and the insured was a whole new experience for me. ECO is awesome to work with.
