Not sure what to rate them. I stopped by during office hours with a window I needed repaired. Office door was locked. I knocked but no answer. I called their number and got a voicemail stating they no longer answer their phone due to the high volume of sales calls they get, and to leave a message. When the message system kicked in it stated the mail box was full and I could not leave a message.

ER Glass did a great job repairing my broken basement window. My complaint is that a friend and I dropped off the two piece window for repair and I paid up front with a credit card. Fine, when we went back to pick up the windows, the owner gave us a code to a lock box for the key to open the office door. The windows weren't wrapped to prevent breakage like the others in his shop (I looked in the shop for him.) Talking to him by phone, I asked if he was going to help us load them into the vehicle. He said no, they weren't that heavy. We never saw him in person at all. My friend and I are

Had an excellent experience with ER Glass! I needed a customized shower door/glass wall installed into my guest bathroom. It was not the average size shower because the bathroom was originally designed 'many; years ago and left incomplete for a number of years.. I was very impressed with the ease, professionalism and great looking shower I now have! It was a pleasure to work with you guys! Happy in Curtis Park/Old Victorian home!
