Juan and his team came out and repaired all the areas on my tile roof that were leaking. They took extra care in making all repairs and necessary replacement of water damaged wood under the tiles. When finished, they were careful to clean and remove any/all remnant's of the job. Very courteous and punctual as well, they started and finished when they said they would.

I scheduled and had to wait 2 weeks for someone to come out and give me an estimate on 11/16/21; they were supposed to come between 8-9. I called at 10:30 and they said they'd lost my address, but they would call back later and let me know if they could "fit me in". At 4:00pm they called me and said they had to reschedule for 11/18 between 8-9am; it's now 11/18, 11:00am and no one has shown up or even called. I hesitate setting another estimate appointment or even hiring them as they certainly don't seem reliable in the least. When I called for the original appointment

Only 1 year after roofing our house, we decided to install solar. After the install, we found about 30 broken tiles. Since I did not want to loose my warranty, I had Estrella roofing come out to restore my roof after the work. Bart came by and grabbed a tile to try to find a match. He sent an estimate out and the week after accepting the estimate, the guys were on my roof! The tiles on my roof had been discontinued and the purchased tiles were not an exact match, but they staggered them in, so they blend so well with what was there, they cannot be spotted. We have a had a leak in our roof for several months and three different roofing companies claimed they could repair it, took my money, and within a couple of months the water was coming through again. One of the companies charged me $500, and the very next day water was once again pouring through my ceiling and when I called and emailed them to let them know, they ignored me.

I selected Estrella Roofing primarily because I felt that Bart had the experience and integrity I was looking for. His bid wasn't the lowest but price is not always everything. He and his brother are the principles and are the second generation, he says, in Estrella Roofing. Experience means a lot to me.

While having my house painted I was informed of decaying fascia and broken down wood in a few areas of my roof and patio. We experienced water leaking near our skylights and, based on a friend's recommendation, we used Estrella Roofing for the repair. The inspector did a thorough review, showed me photos of the damaged areas and we got a quote the very next day. We scheduled an appointment and they arrived on time and worked straight through for several hours. I have to give the workers credit, it was a cold damp day and they worked until the job was completed. We then got pictures of the repairs. Overall, a very easy experience for us. Everything about Estrella Roofing was great! They did a beautiful job on a neighbors home, but it was also price that mattered to me. I had a few other estimates, and not only was Estrella less than the others, they included everything other roofing companies were going to charge extra for. The warranty was also twice as long as the others. The crew was amazing! In 100 degree temperatures, they worked 10+ hours a day, and completed the refoof in just a few days. Everyone was a pleasure to work with and I am very happy I chose them.

We just had our walk-on deck done by Estrella Roofing. They did an amazing job and we are very pleased with the result. The workers were very respectful and careful putting down tarps below and cleaning up at the end of each day. Estrella roofing went beyond my expectations. From the start the estimator (Bart) did the most complete inspection of our roof of the four estimates we received, he was the only one who removed tiles to get a good look underneath and give us a true and honest quote. Their price came in middle of the road which worked for me. Once we chose them the office kept in touch with us, letting us know when material was going to be delivered and when the actual work would begin. I hired Estrella roofing to repair my second story deck. My deck was leaking, the wood decking and support structure had rotted. I like how this company operates. I made an appointment date and time for an estimate. Bart came to my house at that time. After hiring them they showed up to do the work when they said they would. I watched them rebuild and repair my deck. Their staff took no short cuts. It was very clear to me they were well trained and knew what they were doing. Great company! We had just moved into our house and our roof leaked the first time it rained. Estrella Roofing came out quickly, took pictures of the damage and gave us two options to fix the problems. We went with a full roof replacement on the lower roof that was leaking. They came the following Monday and got all the work done in one day. They were professional, well priced and cleaned up after themselves. When it's time to replace the rest of the roof, we will definitely call them!
