Hey! I called in due to a referral from a friend, and spoke with Paul Meyer. I was a little skeptical at first, but I’m glad I decided to move forward. AIS really hooked me up! Jerry came out to do my installation. It took him a lil longer than usual, cause his drill died, lol, but overall it was a wonderful experience! Jerry was great, and I would recommend this system to anyone! If your on the fence about making a decision, let this review be the deal breaker! Thanks AIS!

I have had this system for more then 6 months. It has been absolutely nothing but trash. I have had to call every few week for the doorbell not working, the sensor not working . The smoke detector/ carbon monoxide detector offline. I am so tired of this. My last call was just a couple weeks ago about my garage contact not working now for the 5th time my doorbell is offline. The madness will not end .This has been the biggest waste of money. Home security yeah right, just an extra headache and total waste of money. Not recommended to anyone.

This company is legit. I live in a busy area. A lot of foot traffic. I’m glad I decided to go with their system. I got a doorbell camera, and 2 HD cameras, that are fully customizable! Jerry did my installation, and he hooked me up! I had an older doorbell, which wouldn’t handle the doorbell, he was able to walk me through how to fix it! Highly recommend this company, and the system they provide!

My sales rep Canton was amazing and very knowledgeable!! I love my new security system with the state or the art cameras, tablet, doorbell camera and keyless lock. These guys are not installing old, outdated equipment like the bigger companies are doing! 100% satisfied with AIS as my home security provider!

Cassandra Sanchez came up to my door the day we got our keys and was so sweet and welcoming. We were of course very busy and she was very respectful as we set a time to speak later. She came a few days later and explained everything thoroughly and answered any questions I had and gave some great recommendations. The system was installed a few days later. It was a quick and easy process. The system is easy to use and I already feel more secure in my new home.

My experience with this company has been AMAZING! The sales staff are so caring and helpful. The Manager Naomi Simmons is such a caring and loving person, she not just my sales rep. now she is also my friend. She took the time to actually visit my installation!! To make sure that everything was installed properly and that we were taken care of personally. I would recommend this company to everyone, tonight I know i can lay my head on my pillow and my family is safe and protected by AIS!!! For Theft, fire and SO MUCH MORE! Also you can work everything including locking your doors with your phone
