Excellent service all around. John Harrington came to my rescue today, when a mouse chewed through our AC tubing and was literally sitting inside of our ceiling vent! The tail was hanging through the slats and the mouse was just staring down at me, threatening to drop down onto my kitchen counter! Thank you, Fox Pest Control for the timely service when servicing a mice issue within my residence. It was even better that Luke Henry was present as the servicing technician. Luke not only went above and beyond in detecting any entrance points for mice but was extremely thorough and well versed in explaining how to prevent these issues in the future.
As someone that constantly is working with young-adults and their customer service, it was refreshing working with a technician within any industry that was so friendly and knowledgeable.

Luke came out this morning about 30 minutes after calling them to see if we could move my appointment up due to the fleas in the backyard. This company is more than accommodating and when Luke was finished we had a great talk about if the problem continues. He’s very knowledgeable and probably my favorite technician to come out in the last two years. They have all been exceptional but he takes the cake.

Lane came out the other day and really took his time to ensure all of our concerns were accounted for. He was very professional and considerate of our time. He went above and beyond to ensure the traps were properly baited and even replaced the broken termite indicator. Fantastic work all around.

Since ending our previous pest control service, Fox Pest Control has been servicing our home for well over 2 years now. In the beginning, we did notice a difference. We had less spiders and wasps around our home. Shortly after a few visits, that changed. There were more bugs in general; especially in the garage and in our daughter’s playhouse. As a matter of fact, there were constant wasps nests, which resulted in us having to purchase additional products.
At this point, I was ready to cancel the service. I simply didn’t see the point of their service.
