Regular pumping intervals are a crucial step in the waste water treatment cycle. Pumping allows sludge, debris and dead bacteria to be removed from the septic system, paving the way for new, healthy bacteria to colonize. Learn how a septic system works. Inspection of your tank(s), absorption area and related components is highly important.
Have a problem? Let us handle the headache! Here at Peck's we are always ready to handle any task that may crop up. We offer top notch repair and installation practices, as well as the highest quality of materials to get yours system back on track and running smoothly. Whether you need a tank dug open, or a new line ran, we have the proper equipment to handle the job.
Having your septic system serviced at proper intervals keeps your system healthy and prolongs the life of your system. Regular pumping of septic tanks is similar to changing the oil in your car. It removes sludge and scum build up, materials that can't break down, and old dead bacteria. This helps prevent organic matter from accumulating in your absorption area, while providing a better environment for new, healthy bacteria to grow.
At Peck's Septic Service, there is no job too big or small. If you have a commercial property with any type of waste treatment, we can provide the necessary services to keep your business flowing smoothly. We know it can be hectic, that's why we are only one call away ready to help at any time. If you have a kitchen that it used for commercial purposes then chance are you have a grease trap.
Most of us do not really think about septic tanks, which are usually out of sight and out of mind. Sometimes it is only after problems arise; such as sewage backups, contaminated wells, or problems in selling a home; that we give serious thought to septic systems. That is why real estate septic inspections are required for most real estate sales.

Peck's Septic came out and addressed a problem with sewage backup into our house. In the end all they needed to do was clean a filter, and I appreciate that they didn't feel the need to pad the bill with other "problems".
